@Megazero1x1 Well, first of all the dump that ram2sav makes is far from a backup that powersaves makes. A ram2sav dump cannot rewrite (amongst others) • trainer location • game time • party data • exact badge data (i tried removing only 5th badge, the 8th was removed instead) • and well.. All other dynamic values. Safely make a backup? Yes. A full backup? No. Don't start a new game and rely on a ram2sav dump to just put back your old game when you so desire. I'd advice buying a powersaves for that.

You sure you are loading "ramsav.bin"? And did you update pkhex to latest version?

No, the old 3DS doesn't have that option under data management in the settings.

I suggest uploading it to dropbox / mediafire / mega if it doesn't allow it to be attached on the forum.

Ramsav.bin is re-generated every time you run rsavout.bin, in fact, unless you want to delete any box etc changes you made in between 2 ramsav dumps you want to always run rsavout as step 1.

This.. This is exactly what has been on my mind. IF it gets N3DS support then using a FTP to edit the files would make it all very easy. Also do you mean with "do it often enough" that you have the means to FTP to the (micro)SD card? I'd be interested to hear how. Specifically saying (micro)SD because I would assume it also works for the regular SD on Old-3DS(XL). Do you even /want/ support? It's a horrible task to get the microSD out and not worth it compared to shortly using the older console. The microSD card on the N3DS is stored under the back case and requires loosening 2 screws to take it out.

bit.ly is a link shortner. I would give you the full URL's but on my pc they are blocked by avast and on my phone they just don't load at all (past the bit.ly part), if I were to run them on my 3DS it would most likely crash before I could fetch the URL.

Not sure what the manual flags Kaphotics mentioned are for but one idea from mine would be to uncheck all event flags related to the receiving the eon ticket, then in conjunction with powersaves which has a get eon ticket code activate all those events once more. Not sure what the powersaves code makes the user do as I received my ticket over HomePass.

Hi PP community, Since I never made an introduction topic when joining I figured I might as well do it anyway. As can been seen I like to go by the name Favna. If anyone wonders, it's kind of an odd mix between Fanta (yes.. The soda, no I'm not a girl, for some reason people relate Fanta to being a girl) and Vanitas (the Kingdom Hearts character). I am a first year informatics student and just this week my first C# semester started (past 2 semesters were Java and SQL). Furthermore I enjoy photoshopping fairly random things, though I'm better at photo editing than creating art - I dropped art on my secondary school for a good reason lol. I have been around PP for quite a while now, at first mostly lurking. Recently I've started trying to help the community by answering questions, mainly in the ram development and pkhex sections. Just a small gimmick I noticed, regardless of setting Jelliscent to male or female, it retains it's male sprite both in the general pkhex window as well as in a box. Wouldn't say there is any need for screenshots seeing as how easily this can be tested.

For gen 4 / 5 editing just buy an R4i Save Dongle, they aren't all that cheap. For other games, possibly, but there are no save editors for such games for as far as I am aware (and otherwise I'd be greatly interested in being corrected on that matter heheh... Fire Emblem save editor? yes pls) This method cannot be used for gen 4 / 5 games because it doesn't support standby mode. Just put a NDS game in your 3DS, start it up and press home. That should answer the question.

First of all this is projectPOKEMON so I'd say lets keep it pokemon related and kick out that red hat plumber lol. It does indeed only work with full games as it cannot even edit party data, well, it can edit party data, but no changes in that will be reflected once running rsavin. Furthermore, it is not possible to access any box at all in the special demo so there is no point in editing that either. All that said, don't bother trying it with the demo. It's literally in huge letters on the very first post:
