Not here. 2- The replays are encrypted files saved on the SD card, rather than on the game. They are read from the SD card by the game, and are therefore only known to the game when on the VS. Help as in.. Find an exploit? Oh boy... Your asking a ticket to the obscure world of hacking. It ain't that easy. At. All. First of all it all comes down to sheer luck of someone finding a glitch or bug that can be used to access the RAM in forms of an exploit. Hunting such bugs is a very lengthy and very tiring process with reverse engineering often being the answer. I'm not quite sure if that applies to the 3DS as well, but I remember the talk from the iOS jailbreakers for the iOS uh... 6 or 7 jailbreak they did on the HackInTheBox conference.

Pkhex will most likely "always" work. Ramsav still does, if you haven't updated.

It still stand however that when on 9.2 the browser exploit works without mods to any emunand. The peoples who were posting about this were looking for a 9.5.0-23 fix I think

@pokermaster As far as I know emuNAND is a gateway card thing so.. First of all, it requires a gateway card. If you don't have that, no dice (if what I heard is correct).

You do indeed, yes. You have to boot it to the settings app. It's a longshot, but if you open the package very carefully you should be able to seal it afterwards without too many traces. Been there, done that. Though never with a 3ds.

It all depends on how long the console has been in the store, because store managers won't update it. That said, I think your best bet would be a 2DS or 3DS (non-XL). And I suppose you could just return it if you find out that it is updated...

I can't watch the vid as I'm on data, but if it's EmuNAND, I would assume it requires a gateway red card. Furthermore, as in stated on the ram2sav thread, the exploit doesn't work on EmuNAND. (90% certain it says that)

As in... Deleting pokemon shuffle? No, because in order to re-install it you need to updates to firmware 9.5.0-23 which in turn blocks the exploit. If it is because you want to remove your save data, you can do so via the system -> data management

It is related to powersaves, therefore the game, not the device so yes. HOWEVER! You cannot WRITE your save data back to the cartridge as Powersaves does not allow this.

Did you read this? Mind you that this functionality has not yet been added to the pkhex release available on this forum! You have to download the source from the github and compile it in visual studio. Edit: if it were up to me I'd say this thread can be locked by the way.

Ah perfect. Quickly spotted bug I might as well mention here by the way: The "nickname" checkbox doesn't get ticked when the showdown set has a nickname. (Recognizable by the format "nickname (species name)"

I'm going to cut right to the case, I saw on the github recent commits the following change: Finish implementing Showdown/Smogon paste importing. Since this is a feature I have really looked out for I directly downloaded the project as a zip, opened the solution in visual studio and build it. But here's the problem, I can't find the "location" so to say on where to "paste" the data to import anywhere? I've tried simply pressing control+v on the main window both with and without box view enabled as well as with a ramsav loaded but nothing like that worked. I'm not exactly savvy enough to scour through the code and possibly find it >_< What I was trying to import is: Colourless (Kecleon) (M) @ Leftovers Ability: Protean Shiny: Yes EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD Careful Nature - Dizzy Punch - Fake Out - Recover - Substitute (I noticed in the code the default level is set to 100. Good call on that one. Since showdown doesn't give a level with default 100 :wink:)
