    Ughh... The files that are officially distributed are what count. Therefor why the distribution is happening. I never heard that the distribution carts have. Indeed they are formatted in a specific way. Also if you had any common sense, when you would know that any rom other than your own is not to be shared/distributed/sold. Any more discussion in a rom topic will result in the respective punishment.

    The cart does not distribute roms, does it!? Even if you had the cart, it still would be illegal to distribute the rom since it (the cart) is not for people other than the staff at the location of the event.

    Keep in mind that staff is busy with real life as well as here. Once an event is obtained the member will contribute it when able.
