    Thank you everyone for posting. I will post the contributions as soon as I can (probably tomorrow). It looks like the Arceus MACHINA is the EU English used in the UK, Portugul, Holland, etc.

    Thanks to mingot I should be able to implement the new pokeradar algorithm into Legality Checker.

    The nature is determined from the personality value (called attribute in PokeSav). The personality value and IVs are locked through an algorithm. Only 6 personality values will match with max IVs.

    Yeah, the one that says "Machina" might be fake. Honestly I have still not received a real UK Arceus Wondercard. I thought nobody got it.

    I will make this very simple for you. You were GLINED (GLOBAL PERMANENT BAN) from Ranger-Net for a valid reason. If you would like to dispute it, DO NOT bother our ops regarding contacting an IRCOP to reverse it. ESPECIALLY if Culex is an OP in our channel, and HES the IRCOP that REFUSED to reverse YOUR BAN on Ranger-Net. Everything after that point is annoyances due to your ignorance. Wow, I am glad that was resolved.

I try to give you advice, and you were too dense to realize it (which was conveniently left out of your horribly copied logs). And now you ask the COMMUNITY to help you? May I add that he was trying to find Dragonite to inquire about a Gline that Culex (within his authority) denied reversing on a DIFFERENT network. Anyone else have advice for this misguided person?

    Quake, how did you get the "hacked" pokemon, because the PIDs are very small, just like you would find from Pokemon you traded with other in-game characters.

    I fixed the Contributions archive so it has the proper PCD file for Deoxys Normal Form... basically I removed the first 80 bytes And... recent unrelated posts have been removed.... those questions asks should be in a thread made in the proper forum.

    Thank you Poryhack for grabbing my attention about this, and thank you NTR for getting those WCs! I present to you, ALL SIX WONDERCARDS! - And yes it is heatran and shaymin! Note: On the WC it says 1/1/2000, that is because the actual file has no date. The date can be changed to anything on or after the date of release. EDIT: I have added all of the Ranger 3 WCs to the contributions list, including PGTs.

    I consider RNG abuse to be in the same category as PokeSav... if you plan to RNG abuse, then you only do it because you (for some reason) cannot use PokeSAV.

    I think all wifi missions are multiplayer... thats my theory.

    Legality Checker doesn't do RNG report verifications yet. I haven't had time to speak with mingot about getting it implimented properly. EDIT: According to the RNG reporter when I use it, I get a seed of: C8080A94 and it generates: Frame 5, PID 1097334330 on 10/07/2009, at time 00:00:08 Did I do something wrong?

    Oh you are correct.... sorry, I was doing the calculation wrong and I didn't realize it... its actually 171,798,691 / 4,294,967,295 or 1 / 25 for nature... I highly doubt that ANY legit WC will have a truly RNGd spread of PERFECT Ivs (thats what I did the calculation for).... and near close is quite a bit higher in odds, but still highly unlikely. Since the RNG is sufficiently random, you can set it to whatever you want and claim it was RNG'd... thats the other problem.

    While the PID and IVs are not LINKED together for Mystery Gift Pokemon, you need to think about the odds.... The odds that a proper nature will come up is 1 / 113,025,455 and the odds that perfect IVs will show up is approximately 23 / 4,294,967,295. Was it RNGd... possibly.... but HIGHLY unlikely.

    If you select all 31 IVs, and then click PID/IV from the generator, Type 1 is valid for NDS pokemon, thats it.

    The Wifi English and the UK one submitted are EXACTLY the same. EduSC, did you get your UK one from WiFi? EDIT: Kelly, your Euro PCP WC is corrupted,FYI. And it seems the EUR/UK and Wifi ones are EXACTLY the same. EDIT: I updated the contributions list to include Italian, French, German, and SPR2010 (Wifi/EUR) PCP Thanks to everyone who took the time and risk to contribute their region's Pokemon! This year is turning out great! Now we just need some action from the brazillian release, and korean release of these Pokemon.

    Rayquaza should be Normal GBA (A-B-C-D) for the type. And this is because Rayquaza is a legendary Pokemon in Emerald, and therefore it uses ONLY A-B-C-D (Method 1).
