  1. Alright, almost ready for some beta testing, just a few item location changes I need to make. I have actually beta tested up to the first two rival battles, and while it's not much, everything is functional so far.
  2. Would you mind if I asked how you got the Elemental monkey giveaway person to give away the Hoenn starters? I want to do something similar only with Unova starters instead.
  3. I'm a bit confused as to why you would want to translate it when there are already perfectly good English Pokemon Red ROMs all over the internet?
  4. Hiya Guys! I've actually got a question for ya. When doing a triple battle, what position in your party goes to the middle?
  5. Alright, the next changelog is gonna be up in just a few secods, now it's time for the wild Pokemon, Trainers, and Item Locations.
  6. Oklay, thank you for your suggestions. And I might just take the Hyper Beam variants off of the monkey's first evolutions completely. I might upload the last changelog later today, just depends on how fast I can get stuff done. Anyway, what I plan to do with this is after making this hack, do another with the same idea, just only Sinnoh Pokemon, then do one with Hoenn, Johto, and Kanto Pokemon, and by then I've got a ROM with moveset edits to pokemon from every generation. Then I'll make a 649 hack out of it, similar to BlazeBlack and VoltWhite.
  7. Okay, moveset editing is almost complete, when it is, I'll update the changelog and start editing Item locations, trainers, and wild pokemon. Just about 5 more movesets to edit.
  8. Ok thanks. I tried to put it into an attatchment but the file was too large.
  9. Wearisome (picked it because it's a synonym for difficult). I couldn't remember what I put on the thread when I went to re-do my signature.
  10. Alright, so first off, this is by no means a pretty thread yet, as i have no screenshots and no download links yet. This will all be changed when the first Beta is finished. Now onto the subject of this hack. This is a hack of Pokemon White that is supposed to make it more difficult. It will contain.... -Edited Pokemon Movesets -Edited Pokemon Stats -Every Battle will be edited -Every TM and evolutionary stone will be available before the E4. -Said Evo Stones will be given to you in greater quantities than just one (Probably 3) -Every Important trainer will have 6 Pokemon -Starters and Monkeys are swapped (you get monkey at beggining and Starter at the Dreamyard)(actually, I need some help from some experienced hackers on how to do this.) -A few moves have had their stats changed. -Only Unovan Pokemon will be in this hack. Here is a changelog of everything I have already done with Pokemon stats and movesets. Also, feel free to give suggestions if you like.
  11. Oh yeah I wasn't talking about Random WiFi but like If someone created a WiFi battling thread and specified that everyone on this thread would be using this hack. I wouldn't go on Random WiFi and do this anyway because it would probably just disconnect me.
  12. This could be interesting. Unfortunately I have a rom hack of my own to work on, so I don't think me helping out would be the best idea.
  13. I'm getting another error. I attempted to edit Servine (after giving it 22 Attacks in Hex) and it still gave me the same error.
  14. Hey TwistedFatal, I think eventually you should have support for loading pokemon with less than 22 moves and having the ability to add moves to a pokemon's moveset. Also, your TM HM compatability editor has an issue with the first 8 TMs, so if possible I would appreciate it if you can fix that soon.
  15. Oh ok. Well I've recently run into a problem anyway, where I tried to use Twisted Fatal's Move Editing tool, and there was a change I wanted to make that for whatever reason was not working, so I just deleted it and started fresh. Plus, the old Demo is about to go down anyway due to my free Rapidshare account running out (didn't know it would do that).
  16. One theory I thought of is that maybe the Item number for the TM will be included somewhere in the coding. I did some searching, but to no avail. Perhaps though, one could try something like 01 00 D4 01. 00 01 being the TM number reversed and D4 01 being the move. There's no telling how many results could come up when searching for that though. I'll attempt that for a bit, then I'm going to bed. EDIT: I don't think that's it, or at least there's more info between the first and second TM. OR it could be because the TMs are in Sets of 8, reversed so it's 8-1 (Like the compatability of TMs with Pokemon is in the Pokemon Stats Data.) I don't feel like finding out right now, and I'm very tired.
  17. i wouldn't think that I would've needed your video... but I guess I'll watch it.

  19. Okay, I got another error after editing Simisage's moveset. I saved it, left it, and now it won't let me open it anymore.
  20. That was the problem, the Serperior I edited didn't have 22 attacks.
  21. It says, unable to read beyond the end of the stream. in one window that pops up. 22. When I tried to load up Serperior's moveset from the files I got from my ROM, the moveset editor program gave me an error.
  23. I believe there is a thread somewhere in this Sub-Forum that should be labeled "Move Data".
  24. Well I actually thought Emboar was going to be Fire/Ground since its first form was revealed. I was extremely dissapointed when I found out it was fire/fighting. As for Water/Dark Samurott, I chose that because Samurai is part of the name, and usually, they are more sneaky rather than aggresive, which I felt suited the dark type more. I chose not to go with a Grass/Dragon Serperior because I figured the concept was overused and Grass/Poison did suit him. Besides, I only added two non-unovan pokemon, and Amoongus isn't going to be as good as Serperior as a grass poison type (although I did give his stats a small boost). As for the monkeys when I looked at Simisage I thought it looked a lot like a fighting type, plus all the monkeys have quite aggresive movesets and learn lots of fighting type moves through TM and Egg. I felt if I was going to make Simisage a fighting type, I felt like it's prevo should be too, and since they're a trio, it just felt right for all of them to be. I suppose I might change Archeop's ability back, I didn't particularly want it to have defeatist, but I don't know what else would suit it.
  25. I would love to find this out as well. I think I may attempt a little research and see if I can find something. No Garuntees when I'll get around to it though.
