    I don't know anything about ROMs or anything. But my guess is that in past Pokemon games, the differences between two versions were so minor that savs were pretty much interchangeable. My guess now is that there are enough differences in B2W2 that make that no longer possible, at least not easily.

    What part of hacked/event only is confusing to you? For all intents and purposes, you might as well classify PokeWalker Pokemon as event mons since they differentiate from the norms. Again, legality analyses expect the user to not be an idiot and have the ability to look up move legalities such as event exclusiveness and move tutors and whatnot.

    I've obtained several Shuckle using this program, and never had a problem with Corphish. You sure you just aren't not running into these Pokemon? IMO the Chinchou/Shelder/Seel error is relatively minor and you still get the Pokemons, so.... It worked for me 24 hours ago. Are you sure you did everything exactly right?

    The first post makes it VERY clear. Begging for translation updates will not magically make them appear and you are contributing nothing to the thread by continuing to pester the people who are working on this, in their spare time, without pay. If all you're doing is begging for updates, then don't post.

    I think you need to eliminate somethnig from the equation to narrow down what is causing the problem. IE try playing it un-translated, or without the AR code activated.

    My understanding of Pokemon legality checks is it assumes the user isn't a complete idiot. IE if you went to the official event yourself and obtained the Pokemon yourself on your game cart, etc... then you already know its legality. The useful aspect of legality checkers is to check what can't be checked from personal experiences or the visible information (movepools, Pokeball type, and whatnot).

    The AR people typically make some minor modifications to licensed characters they show off on the packaging to avoid having to pay a big ass licensing fee.

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>A buddy of mine and I tried to do a trade for this Pokemon, but our connections weren't working. So I had him upload it to PokeCheck but he doesn't have an account. I was hoping that it'd become publicly availalbe, but apparently only the info on it is available and not the actual pokemon or pkm file.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    It is not our fault that your antivirus software sucks by detecting a faulse trojan. It also is not our fault if your computer was previously infected with a virus or trojan before downloading Pokesav or Pokegen. I think the OPs problem has been resolved since ROC posted Pokegen elsewhere. Case closed.

    So seel,chinchou, and shelder are basically unobtainable with DW.exe? That's sad. But at least that explains why it crashes.

    I'd recommend, instead of starting a Shaymin from scrap, go get a legal TRU Shaymin from pokecheck.org (or extract one from the wonder card yourself at projectpokemon.org/events) and then make the appropriate modifications.
