    This didn't settle it last time though. This is the second time someone has posted that Officials are saying it's Legit yet the discussion is still going on.

    I figured people could use these. These are the Johto GAMESTP Beasts and the WIN2011 Celebi that I transferred myself to my White Version. I thought well if someone doesn't have a second DS at least they can just upload the files into their game now. If not just go ahead and delete my post. PokeRelocated Events [Unactivated].zip

    I don't really get what you said so I'll just explain it period. You should use PMGE 1.4.2 and load the Raikou, Entei, Suicune, and Celebi Wondercard and Gift files from the Event Contribution thread in the Events Section. Export an AR code for whatever game you're using. Activate the code in that game and receive the Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Celebi. Unlock the Pokerelocator in your Black/ White game. Then just follow the instructions it gives you to transfer the Events.

    HG/SS Pokesav can't edit events at all. You're best off using Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor 1.4.2 for all 4th Gen games. It can either edit your save data or export an AR code. Also check the event section of the forums in the Event Contributions thread and you should be able to find the pkm files and the wondercard and gift files for all 3.

    It didn't say that 4 days ago though. Already saw it today earlier but just saying it didn't 4 days ago.

    Why don't you just back-up your own Soul Silver save? Anyways, third to also say it's works 100% backing up and restoring save files for US Pokemon Black and White. Already backed up and restored each about 3 times even after editing save files still no problem restoring. Acekard 2i with latest AKAIO.

    Idk what you're using but I'm running an Acekard 2i with the lastest AKAIO and I've never had a problem using it.

    Use the non beta Pokegen. Also are you sure you're save file isn't corrupted? Might want to double check in Pokesav by looking through your boxes and stuff.

    I'd say Walrein. He get's taken out by Rock and Fighting pretty easily but when played right he can wall pretty damn good. He's saved my ass countless times and won a match where I would've otherwise lost. A basic Toxic SleepTalk.

    Hmm. If this is indeed a legitimate response from TPCI (Which I don't doubt. It looks solid.) and they have no problem that the Celebi is out and about then I'm forced to change my answer and say that the Gamestp Celebi can be considered Legit. If it can be used in tournaments and such with no repercussions and such from officials then yeah it's Legit. However, I do have one question. Will this mean all Gamestp Celebi's are Legit which is to say the leaked rom wondercards as well as the Celebi's obtained at Gamestop stores from employees? Or only Celebis' obtained at the Gamestop stores from the employees?

    Not sure. I think sabocan and Pingoiun7 have gotten it to backup but not restore if I read their posts right. Otherwise I wouldn't know. We'll probably know on Friday when it's released in Europe. If not I'll be testing the Wfi method on Sunday when I get my english copy.

    That's the same link for all countries Global Link. It just has a language selection in the upper right hand corner. Still wondering exactly when the English Dream World will be up once the games come out. I doubt it will be the same day.

    Thanks but which one? Hatch at 30 or at the normal lv?

    It can't be hatched in a Luxury Ball so you'll need to change it to a pokeball which is 04. Either that or make it captured and change the location without the daycare couple.

    We already know about pokemon with the same WonderCard ID. The point of this thread is determining whether the Gamestp Celebi that came from the original Distro Cart should be considered Legit.

    But what about the Celebi? And the old Raikou is still the old Raikou.

    There's not really an easy way to do that since you are transferring from a 4th Gen to 5th Gen and they need to be shifted. You could use Kazo's program where you drag a pkm file onto it and it changes it giving it the effect as if it had been shifted and then use the new pkm file and just load all 90+ new pkm files onto your game. I've yet to use his program though. I've heard it still has a couple glitches for small things. Do a search on it and I'm sure you'll find a thread about it.

    Hmm. So how big is that window from when the Distro Rom got leaked until they shipped back the first round Distro Carts? A month?

    I downloaded the Celebi from Gamestop again and it was of course the WIN2011 Celebi. I asked the Manager working there as well if they still had the old Distro Cart and he said no that they had already shipped it back at the end of January and only had the WIN2011 one. So in order for someone to get a "Semi-Legit" one around here they had to do it during January.
