Instead of loading the PCD file which is the WonderCard load the PGT file which is the actual Pokemon Celebi gift. Create an AR code for that and activate it and the Delivery Man will be standing in the PokeMart with it for you. I'm assuming he doesn't have access to his save file so he's just making an AR code to use instead.

It doesn't matter what personal preference you have. Met At Lv. 1 isn't "fine". Any pokemon that was hatched MUST be set to Lv. 1 in order to be legal. Yeah, maybe setting the Met At Lv. to Lv. 5 may bypass the checker for Random Wifi or the GTS but that doesn't necessarily mean it's completely legal. Met At Lv. 5 was only for 3rd Gen and before.

I just DL the file and it says it's set as met at PokeTransfer. That's probably why. Just set it to a random Route or something since Tornadus is a roaming pokemon.

Yes, hatched pokemon MUST be in Pokeballs ONLY. Tepig/Snivy/Oshawott CAN be shiny. Any pokemon that can be hatched CAN be shiny.

Honestly that is a huge FAIL. How can you not see that "fag" is in the english name YOU gave him? And exactly how is Haxorus an inappropriate name? Cuz of "Hax"? That's just stupid. I figured there wasn't a restriction either because the first time I nicknamed him, I named him Jewfro. I thought oh it might now let me cuz it says Jew but it got on just fine. LOL. Why does everyone care so much about the Characteristics? the Characteristics aren't properly set in Pokegen. Even though it says it's one thing in Pokegen that doesn't mean for sure yet that it's going to be that in-game.

Okay, so I've been getting frustrated the hell out of by my Haxorus. It seems like everyone is having problems with Haxorus passing legit checkers and everything for Random Wifi, Battle Videos, and even the GTS. I edited a caught Axew and changed it's Shinyness and Gender. I changed the PID accordingly so that it is 100% legal along with his Ability, Gender, and being Shiny. I got on Random Wifi just fine, had a battle, got off. Tried to upload the video and no go. So I decided to go to the GTS, deposited each of my Pokemon 1 by 1 and they all got through easy except Haxorus. I attempted more battles after I more than triple checked him. I decided to go to the Nickname Old Man to re-nickname him "Haxorus" Tried to upload more battles and still nothing. So after that I decided to actually give him a nickname. Had a battle and the video uploaded. Wtf?! So I knew his PID, and everything was confirmed Legal. I change his name back to "Haxorus", and keep in mind this is all IN-GAME. Go have another battle and upload the video and it rejects it. Has anyone else had this problem with the NAMES of their Pokemon? I just find this extremely odd. And even when his name was just "Haxorus", he had the proper escape sequences too. I just don't know...

There is no trace even in the game you inject the wonder card into.

I'm having this problem too. I even went to the GTS to check which of my pokes would and wouldn't pass it's check and it turned out to be my Haxorus but it gave me that 13267 Error number which just means that there are too many people online at the time. It never gave me that code with any other pokemon right before and after. However there was a shit load of Haxorus' being offered on the GTS so I'm still curious whether that was the problem being that it was an extremely popular pokemon and wouldn't let me put ANOTHER Haxorus onto the GTS even though it's Legit. I've more than triple checked him and he's perfectly fine.

Put the .sav file on your Desktop. You can't restore you save file if it's in a Folder somewhere since it doesn't know where it is. Once you place it on your Desktop you should see the file name immediately after you hit Restore and it ask you which file to Restore.

All 5th Gen Encounters are supposed to be set to Egg/Pal Park/Event. Changing it to Caught it Building will make it worse.

I'm not planning on making any DW pokemon. I have some Japanese DW pokemon already. I'm just curious if it autobans them too or just any english ones.

That's really wierd. Did you make these pokemon from scratch? I've double checked the Cofagrigus and there's nothing wrong with it. It has a correct PID and it has a Legal moveset, EV's, IVs, caught in a proper place and level. It's gotta be something else that's affecting it. Here's the Haxorus too. It was already correct too just like the Cofagrigus but I've given it a new PID too. Hopefully this one will work.

Try this Cofagrigus. I can fix the Haxorus as well if you're keeping that ID and SID on it.

Even if the parents are hacked horribly as long as the offspring was bred in game then it's completely legal. The parents don't have like a little sign that they pass off to the offspring saying I was bred by hacked parents. You're completely good.

Yeah, I'll do it tonight. I went to go do it yesterday but because of the time change when I changed the time on my DS it made me wait another 24 hours so I should be able to do it now.

Yes but if you're altering the PID then once you edit it it will no longer be a shiny PID. I'm asking how you can edit the PID the same way you're editing it for Gender and Ability but for shininess. Plus it doesn't really matter what IVs it gives you. Since PID is no longer related to Nature or IVs I can just freely edit the IVs once I've gotten the proper PID I'm looking for.

So how do you change the PID to make a pokemon shiny?
