    Well, GF/NoA don't seem to like us changing the dates on our DS in the first place looking at how the Pal-Park system in D/P doesn't let you Park if the date is changed. I would say they changed their mind looking at HG/SS Pal-Park doesn't do that (to my recollection), but B/W has the Dream World where if the date is changed, you have to wait 24 hours still. I'm agreeing with Kaphotics right now. So, what I'm gathering from this is changing the date on your DS counts as Legal, meaning RNGing is Legal, meaning the Celebi is also Legal (according to Tsanth).

    Yeah, those codes just force their sprites shiny. Their PID/ID don't match what a shiny would look like. That's just bad hacking.

    I checked the location of the Raikou and it was Pokeshifter. For the sake of the event, I changed it to something like pre-event dog or something like that. It was a Raikou from the correct event, though, so why did I need to change its location? Is it a problem with the Pokeshifter program, then?

    Wouldn't this change the legality of my Pokemon, though? Editting it, I mean? Shouldn't the file work without having to edit it?

    I tried using D/P Pokesav to save some of my shinies from my cart and they come out not as a .pkm but as a .pkm) When I try and "fix" it (delete the paranthesis) it just destroys the file. What's going on? Thanks

    I'm having trouble with the Zoroark event. I used PokeGen to load an AR code for the NoK Crown Raikou and the event doesn't activate. I then added a Japanese Crown Raikou, and the event still didn't activate. I did the same process with the Japanese Eigakan Celebi, and I got Zorua just fine. Any tips/ideas why this isn't working? Thanks!

    Que coisa boa voces estao fazendo! Estou curioso saber porque o Nintendo ainda nao lanca os jogos em portugues. Voce ouviu algo sobre isso? Eu acho que iria ser algo muito bom pelos jogadores em Portugal, mais provavialmente nao tanto em Brasil.

    Ok, I didn't know about the bred Pokemon. Makes sense now. Sunkern (ID No. 6412 [insert a zero somewhere, I guess]) Lvl. 47 - Met at Route 12 ^ Was this used with Synchronize?

    Question: Some Pokemon (like Aerodactyl and a Bellsprout) are at Level one. Is this normal for High Link Pokemon to be at level one?

    So German Celebi is distributed at Gamestop type stores, while the German Entei is Nintendo wifi, right? e: I know it's not at Gamestop, I just didn't know which store.

    I was not aware the U.S. Mall Tour had a Celebi. Thank you very much Kaphotics, for the info. Will this "replace" the GAMESTP Celebi, or is the GAMESTP one still on for those of us who can't make it to the Mall Tour?

    Will this theoretical new distribution cart have a Celebi with a differnt ID No., or will it end up like the 10278 NY NZone Pikachu that was distributed November 19, 2008?

    Ranger Manaphy and 12th Anniversary Pichu can be shiny, as well. And of course the unreleased Hall of Origin Arceus obtained via Azure Flute/Heaven's Pipe.

    Thanks for the update on the European Celebis. I didn't know they were being distributed before the shiny Johto trio. Has anyone noticed the events from Germany posted earlier crash Legal? I also tried them on Secure Reader and they crashed there as well.
