    Depends on what you changed. You better've saved a backup copy of the rom (I'm saying this assuming you ripped it yourself from your own retail game). If you know exactly where or what causes it to freeze, you can probably find the area the relative data is located, and see what's different from the original. Just run a comparison with hexcmp, or hexworkshop, I guess.

I was only on it, briefly, though from my experience, the former seems to be true (at least, in the wifi/trading and most of the hacking section) Yeah, same, though I'd think it's sort of like every other forum. Skill level ranges from person to person and stuff. PC is particularly large, so I find it hard to present a straight answer, as it won't apply for everyone. Anyway, welcome to PP!

    That's not legit, that's legal Anyway, I'm not up for explaining how to create a legal Pokemon right now, (I really need to sleep!), but since it's for in-game play, http://www.pokecheck.org/ has plenty of bred Pokemon. You can check the legality analysis if you like. Just download the file, and since you know about Pokesav, I presume you know how to load them into the sav too. Though, if you take a poke around the forums, you'll probably find explanations on your question. edit: have you seen this? http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?825-Pok%E9mon-Legality-Guide Not sure about this one, but Greencat's should be good. http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/946308-pokemon-platinum-version/50916426 I'd think some values will be different for HGSS, but I'm sure it can't be that hard to figure out.

    Presuming I'm understanding correctly.. If you're creating a Pokemon in Pokesav, it's not going to be legit, lol. Legal at best. (level 1 usually indicates hatched, btw.)

    You can use that, or IR-GTS-BW/ShinyGTS/DTS, etc. (If you're only downloading a couple files, though, and not a full on distribution, pokegts.us is easiest.)

    Google tells me it's a type of router (Italy). Anyway, if you look around the forum, you'll find plenty of troubleshooting tips. Like Kaph said, it'd be a good idea to check your ports.

    If you mean, sending Pokemon to your game without extracting the sav, PokeCheck can help with that^ (as can HyperGTS/IR-GTS and such).
