I'm sorry if this was asked before, but will this ever be available for the US or European version of X and Y? I don't understand why this program is only for the Japanese Version?
And is this like PokeSav or PokeGen?
The only decryption/signing/encryption service available to the public is a Japanese hardware tool which only supports Japanese (region locked) games. PKHeX is a save editor, not a crypto program (which is impossible for a portable exe).
Yes.

Those gen 4 codes were RAM altering codes, not save editing related. The restrictions come from the ROM not the SAV.

They're unbreedable, however the species detection/determination routine within breeding would have to have a check added after the existing species cases.
As for where the nidoran/illumise code is within the overlays, I do not know.
Simplest solution would be to just let them breed into their own species with a Ditto.

An 'egg' already has a species, the illumise/volbeat/nidoranMF decision is done while the egg is being generated. Not set by a narc.

Some pokemon cannot be shiny (such as Xerneas) and will be blocked from WiFi trades.
-
You have to download the latest version of the modded exe after you update.
-
You cannot restore digital copies as they're checked against a stored value in the NAND.

Cyber Save Editor requires the cartridge to be initialized so that it can obtain the "main" gamesave.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF != actual data.
-
you do not need a 3DS if the cart already has a gamesave on it.
-
PKHeX is not associated with Cyber Gadget Save Editor. Please post in this thread instead.

Someone found this while using PKHeX :
-snip-
Could you fix it before they believe anything stupid please ?
heh. will be gone in the next version
No support for the downloaded copies .sav files extracted from the SD card ?If you read the first post, the answer is no. Savegames are encrypted and SD games can't be restored if the signature doesn't match (which is impossible).
Kaphotics, any way to change number of trades, or battles won? (Link Battle doesn't appear to change anything)Thanks.
Change the trainer stats, I haven't identified which one it is.

try to buy carts that are as old as possible

seeded by the AES engine, so no.

The pink particle effects for mega Gengar do not display properly in the box view mode, there is nothing special about it.

GARC Unpacker updated (and posted to the forums); all files should extract, and filename sorting should no longer be an issue now.
Be sure check "Force BIN" and check "Don't Decompress" to ensure all files are extracted correctly. (Picture)
If you have a version of XYTE that has "Fix Filename Sorting" at the bottom, be sure to leave it UNCHECKED.
a/0/3/9 should pertain to trainer class data. 16 bytes, possibly related if one wanted to modify trainer classes?
Nice tool

Simplified GARC handling tool which will unpack & decompress, or pack & compress depending what you throw at it.
* Supports unpacking of a GARC to individual files, decrypting (smarter) if a file is encrypted. Decrypted files are still prefixed with "dec_".
* Supports packing of Folders into a GARC, compressing a file if it was decrypted (by detecting "_"). Packing file order is determined via the Number format afterwards.
- (Drag/Drop or Button) Supply File / Folder path, then press the Process button. GARC files will be unpacked to a folder, and folders will be packed into a GARC.
Basically a quick re/packing tool for GARCs. The legwork is done by a class so that other projects can incorporate loading from GARCs instead of folders.
(De)Compression code is from dsdecmp, which can compress the files the same way they originally were.
GARC Unpacker (replaced by GARCTool) - Download Link
First GARC unpacking tool, here for archival purposes.
Made this a few months ago, figured I should make a thread to host the exe. Didn't put too much effort into this program so it's only compatible with X/Y GARCs, and it extracts too much data for DARCs within.
- Unpacks X/Y GARCs and has various file options (decompress/extension).
- Will extract to a new folder ("filename_")
- Supports drag & drop for quick use.
Source available on my GitHub. Feel free to fork/improve it
Changes made recently:
- Filenames will be padded with enough zeros for sorting by name.
- Files should be closed after decompression and should no longer tie up resources until the program closes.
- Unpacks X/Y GARCs and has various file options (decompress/extension).

As has been mentioned in quite a few previous posts, this is an issue with Cyber not supporting certain versions of the cartridge.
It's unrelated to the functions of PKHeX, as PKHeX modifies data you obtain from Cyber Save Editor.

is there a way to import pkmn files from Black/White into other boxes like (box 2 to 31)
as when I switch it to (Load/Dump Box) box 2 and it only goes to box 1 showing the pokemon
if not will there be a future feature of this?
as well to drag Pokemon between PokeGen to PkHeX tp make transfer a bit faster and easier
as you could drag Pokemon between multiple PokeGen
Import starting at current box will be in the next update. For transferring from PokeGen, just drag it to a folder so you have an archival copy of the gen4/5 format.
how you can get this?? *_*standard graphical glitch

I guess no one wants to help thanks!
I guess no one wants to use google thanks!

Dump the pokemon files (pk6) and then load them with PKHeX.
You don't need your SID for anything besides cheating...

The modified software has been updated.

PKHeX Legacy Discussion

For those of you wanting a 'new update'; there haven't been any significant changes to warrant the release of one. No new features (in terms of editing, not usage) have been identified, primarily because PKHeX already does so much. I'd much rather use my time for other tools (relative to 3DS ROM editing, which is possible).
The game language can be set to any language, but the CARTRIDGE itself (manufactured region) matters.
Cyber Save Editor only supports Japanese cartridges (the company's decision); PKHeX supports editing of their decrypted save files, of which they accept and encrypt for you... so long as you're using a Japanese cartridge.
PKHeX edits essentially everything in the save file, including Pokemon.
