  1. First, replying to your various claims on how you "press roll a lot of times", tried to reroll multiple times on RNGreporter etc. There's only a few valid PIDs for 31 IVs, and only one can have Timid. You should have seen that. Heck, there's a reason why I keep saying don't do flawless or near flawless IVs.. Given you wanted Somewhat vain, and have 31 IVs in Special Defense, it's a possible outcome. Since you said you don't care about PID Mismatch, I did some rolls. I got this within one roll, lol. and here's another one I got within 5 minutes.
  2. I need to see the IVs and know the characteristic, to ensure you are not screwing up even the basic parts.
  3. @Atmosphaera can you upload the mon, and say what characteristics you wanna roll for it? (I'm assuming the IVs on it are IVs you want)
  4. any further question asked here unrelated with PID mismatch, locking thread.
  5. any more questions, ask away in that thread, not this one. Also, as I've said before, you gotta do trial and error. You won't get it at one go. Maybe it's my version of RNGreporter, but it doesn't roll for characteristics. which if it doesn't, one just has to keep trying multiple times.
  6. did you read what I just sent?
  7. Once again, I bring your attention to which gen the Pokemon was caught in. It was caught in a generation below Gen 6. Which in that case change the PID to that value, and the encryption constant will follow... no. also don't spread your begging into unrelated threads. Also, if you really wanted to, you can edit an existing save with this:
  8. Nah, I don't care about pkrus, hence I don't now the details. it isn't, not really, as long as you're not trying to attempt near flawless or flawless IVs. As part of the guide would say, settle PID and IV and nature first, then find a compatible TID and SID that would result in shininess.
  9. This issue only effects Pokemon caught in Gen 3 or 4. Plus, the steps are the same if a Gen 3 or 4 origin mon is in Gen 7. I mean, all you got to do is fix PID, IVs, Nature, Gender. Those options are the same regardless of which gen it's in (above gen 3)...
  10. It’ll be legal according to Pokémon Bank; whether the save is injected by Nintendo Staff or by some kid is irrelevant to it. There would be nothing to tell them apart. It’ll matter when someone asks you about it, for example, if someone asks how you got it, and your reply was “eBay”. You will get lots of doubtful looks.
  11. from the look of it, yes. The Mew is generated on distro, sent to the cart, then when the cart is full it is cloned. Nothing. ><
  12. Including everything said above, Consider copying the save to your desktop first, then open it there on PKHeX. When editing done, copy it to said folder. It's possible that your folder has write protection or something, wouldn't be the first time write protection messed it up..
  13. As I said a few posts ago, We don't have a tutorial, try searching for it. May not work on every game tho.
  14. If I'm being honest, I completely forgot about it. Will add it when I get the time. Tho at this rate, I may just wait until Crown Tundra is released..
  15. that's pretty odd. Excluding what I've gotten myself, every source, website and video I can find shows Kantonian Slowpoke, not Slowking. Using pkNX, checking the gifts, there is no Slowking entry as a gift (was checking if it accidentally summoned an unused code or something). Still, would be cool if it can be replicated.
  16. any chance that you just traded it and forgot about it? It does come with a King's Rock after all..
  17. What's with trying to put evolved mons into Eggs? XD Furthermore, can eggs even go onto GTS?
  18. Because the Action Replay code doesn't maintain proper PID/IV legality. Read this page or the link that is inside, depending if you're using RNGreporter or Pokefinder.
  19. There are ways to extract 3ds files purely on PC, but it is unpredictable. Additionally, I do not know if/how overlays work for Citra. You've gotta cobble your own information together: If you can get decrypted file extraction working and overlays working on your own, all you gotta do is do the hex editing in this guide.
  20. Yes, I know about what the whole friend code and trade thing. I've even done it for myself. It appears they've changed it to work on internet trade, but friend trade was previously local only. Not sure if and when they'll change it back. I suggest you to test if friend trades still work over the internet. edit: Lol, Japanese HOME still lists it for nearby only, despite the fact they temporarily allow(ed?) remote trading site: https://www.pokemon.co.jp/ex/pokemonhome/trade/
  21. Isn't Pokémon HOME friend trade only applicable if the devices are close to each other (which at this point is pretty much local trading)?
  22. 3DS with CFW, then have TWLsavetool on it. Read:
  23. Can also be done using a PC dongle (if those are still being sold). Basically, I don't think a Slot 1 flash cart (like R4i) is enough to transfer a save to a Slot 1 retail cart. You'll need something else to hold both the save and commands for you, and it appears the NDS cannot do that (or it hasn't been done). Supposedly there's a way to transfer a save file wirelessly from a PC to NDS, but I don't have the details regarding that. (I may have used it back in gen 4, but have forgotten since then) https://gbatemp.net/threads/injecting-sav-into-retail-cartridge.258477/#post-3177822
  24. If you have a GBA slot 2 flash card, there's a NDS homebrew you can use to transfer the save: https://github.com/AdmiralCurtiss/nds-savegame-manager Alternatively, if you have a 3DS with CFW, you can use TWL save tool to inject into your NDS cart. We have some tutorials here: https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/managing-nds-saves/
  25. If you were transferring from SD card to PC, there is no reason for PKHeX to be unable to open the save. Make sure you're on latest PKHeX. Regarding remaking EmuMMC, you need to backup your SD card (store the contents somewhere on your computer), then reformat your SD card (so that it wipes our the existing EmuMMC partition, then remake it. edit: if you don't mind CFW touching your Sysnand, you can just use Hekate (the image you sent) to enter CFW Sysnand. With that you can use checkpoint to dump your Sysnand save. Note that you'll have to use this to dump and restore your saves going forward (if you decide to not remake EmuMMC) Whatever you choose, all at your own risk.
