  1. I have removed the GameStop Deoxys, the Nintendo World Manaphy, and the Toys R Us Shaymin from the GTS. I have added the Obivia Deoxys (in attack form), the Japanese Movie Theater Suicune, and the Japanese Movie Theater Entai to the GTS. Surfing Pikachu: I have added the Pokemon you have requested. Kitsune: I have added the Pokemon you have requested.
  2. Either your Micro SD card or your adapter is broken. For me, the adapters break more often than the Micro SD cards do, so I would suggest buying a new adapter.
  3. I have removed the GameStop Jirachi from the GTS. I have added the Japanese Movie Theater Raikou to the GTS. Jorgomli: I can only do one Pokemon request for you each week. I have added Raikou for this week. Come back on Monday and request which Pokemon you want for that week.
  4. You still haven't answered my adapter question. I am trying to figure out if you are using the wrong adapter. For example, since there are two types of Micro SD cards (the Micro SD, and the Micro SDHC), if you were to plug a Micro SDHC card into a Micro SD adapter, then it would not work. I assume you are trying to plug the adapter into a USB port right? Have you used the USB ports before, or is this your first time using them?
  5. You can't use Hyper GTS with 5th gen games. No one has figured out the communications protocol for Black and White yet. I assume it would take a few months to figure out.
  6. I have removed the Japanese Movie Theater Raikou and the Japanese Wi-Fi Mew from the GTS. I have added the GameStop Shiny Pichu and the TRU Regigigas to the GTS. WingedOne: I have added the Pichu you requested. srcuca: I have added the Regigigas you requested.
  7. I have removed the Japanese Movie Theater Suicune and the Japanese Movie Theater Entei. I have added the Japanese Movie Theater Celebii and the VGC Shiny Eevee. Surfing Pikachu: If I remove a Pokemon that you still want, then just ask me add it again. The Arceus will eventually be removed, when it becomes last on the distribution list. I have encountered the Hall of Origin Arceus by using glitches. Since I do not believe that using glitches counts as cheating, I chose to distribute it. I do not "cheat" to obtain any of my Pokemon. The Pokemon in my GTS are real. Pingouin7: The Pokemon I am distributing are ALREADY listed from newest to oldest. I choose to limit my GTS to 15 Pokemon. So, when someone requests a new Pokemon, I delete the oldest Pokemon (the one that is last on the list), and then I add the Pokemon that they requested to the top of the list. randomspot555: Please allow me to speak for myself. If someone asks me a question, I prefer to be the person to answer them. If anyone else wants to discuss my GTS or the legality of its Pokemon, then please send me a PM (private message). I would like for this thread to be dedicated to Pokemon requests ONLY.
  8. You might just need to reboot Windows (that means turn your computer off, and then back on again). Sometimes people leave their computers on for months, and Windows just starts freaking out on them.
  9. You should be more specific. First of all, are you using a desktop computer or a laptop computer? And is this a full activated version of Windows Vista, or are you using an Unactivated Beta version? What type of adapter are you using: Micro SD to USB, Micro SDHC to USB, Micro SD to SD, or Micro SDHC to SD, Micro SD to SDHC, or Micro SDHC to SDHC ? What type of port on your PC are you plugging the adapter into? Is it USB, SDHC, or SD? Here are some tips: Make sure the Micro SD or Micro SDHC card is plugged all the way into its adapter. Make sure the adapter is plugged all the way into your computer. Only use one adapter. For example, once I plugged a Micro SDHC card into an SDHC card adapter, and then plugged the SDHC card into a USB adapter. That didn't work. I had to plug the Micro SDHC card directly into a USB adapter. The USB, SDHC, or SD, port on your computer might be broken. If your computer has multiple ports, try them all. Your Micro SD, or Micro SDHC card might be dirty. Try cleaning the gold contacts with the eraser end of a pencil.
  10. Pingouin7: I still don't think I used any cheats to encounter Arceus. I might have confused the Surf glitch with tweaking. pandev92: I have added Arcanine. I have removed Eevee.
  11. Pingouin7: Sorry about that. I got Arceus a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly how I encountered it.
  12. I have added the C space Deoxys. Here 2 rules for everyone who wants to make a Pokemon request: You may only request 1 Pokemon each week (You can download as many as you want though). A new week starts each Monday. I choose to limit my GTS's distribution list to 15 Pokemon. Since my GTS distribution list has reached its limit, every time somebody requests a Pokemon I will remove the oldest Pokemon from my distribution list. These rules are necessary for me to keep up with requests, and are also helpful for everyone who uses my GTS. What would happen if somebody requested that I add all 493 Pokemon? That might seem like a great idea at first, but since my GTS distributes Pokemon in Alphabetical order, you would have to download a lot of Pokemon you DIDN'T want BEFORE you get to the one you DO want on the list. Limiting the GTS's capacity to 15 Pokemon makes it easy for everyone to download the Pokemon they want on the list, because even if the Pokemon they want is at the end of the list, then they would still only have to download 15 Pokemon, instead of all 493.
  13. What tools have you tried Pory? I hope you have used more than just a Hex editor. I recommend modifying Arm 7 and Arm 9 executable code by using IDA Pro and Hex Rays. Those will help you GREATLY. I will give it a try myself when I have time.
  14. I have added the Hall of Origin Arceus (obtained from a glitch called tweaking).
  15. Tori: I have added the Celebii and the VGC Milotic to the distribution list. Satetsu: I suggest trying again. If you still have problems, check to make sure you typed in the Primary DNS correctly. It should say: 96.26.172.219 Can you connect to the regular GTS? If you can't then that means your internet is to blame.
  16. Poryhack: You are correct, those are much easier, in fact the next guide I plan to write is how to make your own GBA flashcart. However, I find that the Xboo cable itself still has much undiscovered potential functionality. For example, did you know that every GameCube Pokemon game ever released contains at least two Multiboot ROMs? Certain Multiboot ROMs responsible for Pokemon distributions (like the one in the USA or Japanese Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc) can possibly be reverse-engineered to distribute different Pokemon other than Jirachi or Celebii. Also, one could develop a computer interface to function with certain Mulitboot ROMs, so that battling GBA against GBA could be hosted by a single computer instead of a GameCube. I just want to get the word out about Xboo cables, and their potential. It took me several months of trial and error to create my first Xboo cable, and I hope that others may be able to create one without the hassle I went through.
  17. I have an R4i Gold, and it does not launch DSi enhanced games like Pokemon Black or White. It is compatible with all DS Lites, and DSi units that have firmware version 1.4 or older. The average price for an R4i Gold is about 20 USD. I also have an Acekard 2i, and it has launched every game I have gave it including Pokemon Black and White. It is compatible with all DS Lites and DSi units using the latest firmware (version 1.4.1). The average price is about 15 USD. The original wood R4 is now compatible with DSi enhanced games, but only operates on DS Lite units. The average price is about 4 USD. The Super Card DS TWO is compatible with all DS Lite and DSi units using the latest firmware (version 1.4.1). It is compatible with all DS and DSi enhanced games. It also features an on-board processor to allow you to emulate GBA games on the DSi. They also have SDKs available for their on board processor. The average price is about 40 USD. The EZ-Flash Vi is compatible with all DS Lite and DSi units using the latest firmware. It is compatible with all DS and DSi enhanced games. The average price is about 25 USD. If you have a DS Lite, I reccomend the original wood R4 because it will run every DS Lite and DSi enhanced game you give it, and it is the cheapest flashcart for the DS Lite. If you have a DSi or DSi XL, then I recommend the Acekard 2i, because it also runs every DS Lite and DSi enhanced game you give it. But, if you plan on playing GBA games, then I would recommend the Super Card DS TWO, because it is the only flashcart that will run GBA games. I hope I helped. Give me a shout if you want more info. EDIT: I bought my Acekard from www.ndscardsale.com and with free shipping it took only 2 weeks to arrive.
  18. If you want to discuss my GTS or the legality of its Pokemon, then please send me a PM (private message) instead of posting in this thread. I would like to dedicate this thread to Pokemon requests ONLY. My GTS's homepage can be found here: www.pokemonhackingclub.webs.com/gts.htm You can also check there to see whether the GTS is currently distributing or not. Here is a guide to receive the distribution: This distribution works with: Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR POKEMON TEAM IS FULL OF SIX POKEMON BEFORE ENTERING THE GTS! STEP 1. On the main menu, select "NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS" by pressing the A button. STEP 2. Select the big blue button labled "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings" by tapping it. STEP 3. You will see 3 connections. Tap on the internet connection that you already use to access the internet. STEP 4. Go all the way to the bottom and press the "No" button for the "Auto-obtain DNS" feature. STEP 5. Press "Edit" for the "Primary DNS" feature. STEP 6. Type in "96.26.172.219" and press OK. STEP 7. When it asks you: "Are these settings correct?" , press "OK". STEP 8. Press "Save Settings". STEP 9. Turn your DS off. Now turn it back on. STEP 10. Go into the GTS, and you will recieve the Pokemon I am distributing! Here is a list of Pokemon that I am currently distributing: These Pokemon are listed from newest to oldest. My GTS holds only 15 Pokemon. So, when someone requests a new Pokemon, I delete the oldest Pokemon (the one that is last on this list), and then I add the Pokemon that they requested to the top of this list. Shiny Growlithe GameStop Raikou TRU Regigigas Darkrai Shiny Heatran Shiny Rayquaza Jeremy Oddish Pokemon Dragonite Pokemon Freny Plant Chicorita Shiny GameStop Pichu Shiny Timid Fighting Hidden Power Azelf Shiny Ho-Oh with Sacred Fire and Sky Attack GameStop Deoxys Shiny Bagon Flawless Embedded Tower Kyogre Note: There are unlimited amounts of each Pokemon. Download as many as you want! Feel free to request a Pokemon. Here are the rules for making a request: You may only request 1 Pokemon each week (You can download as many as you want though). A new week starts each Monday. I choose to limit my GTS's distribution list to 15 Pokemon. Every time somebody requests a Pokemon, then I will remove the oldest Pokemon from my distribution list. I do not host hacked Pokemon. Please do not request that I add a hacked Pokemon. All Pokemon that are in my GTS are REAL. I hope this clears up some things. If you want to discuss my GTS or the legality of its Pokemon, then send me a PM (private message) instead of posting it in this thread. This thread is now for Pokemon requests ONLY.
  19. Here is a guide I just made if you need help building an Xboo cable: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11990-How-to-backup-and-restore-your-GBA-save-files
  20. Here is a step-by-step visual guide to ultimately achieve the goal of backing-up or restoring your GameBoy Advance save files: If you don't have an Xboo cable, you will need to make one (If you do have one, then skip to the end): About the Xboo cable: An Xboo cable is a special cable that lets you connect your GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP to the Parallel port on your computer to allow you to send small ROMs. Since the GameBoy Advance only has 256 KB of RAM, only ROMs that are 256 KB or smaller in size can be sent to the GameBoy Advance. The Xboo cable doesn't replace a flash cart because commercial ROMs such as "Pokemon Fire Red" are much to big to be sent to the GBA. Any other ROM that can be sent is called a "Multiboot ROM". About the Parallel port: A Parallel port is a physical hardware socket inside a computer. The Parallel port standard is very old, and was originally invented to connect printers to computers. An Xboo cable links a computer's Parallel port to a GameBoy Advance. Here is a list of what you need: A Nintendo GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP A computer that is running ONE of the following operating systems: Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 A Parallel port in your computer A 25 pin male d-sub connector A GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP link cable (DO NOT USE ANY CABLE THAT HAS GAMECUBE FUNCTIONALITY!) A voltage meter Solder A Soldering Iron Scissors Now for those of you who don't know what scissors are, here is a picture of everything you will need: Here is what a 25 pin male d-sub connector looks like (You can buy these at Radio Shack. PARALLEL PORT CABLES THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE WILL NOT WORK, YOU WILL NEED A NEW PARALLEL PORT ADAPTER): Look at the back of you computer, to see if it has a Parallel Port (example is shown below): STEP 1. Once you have gathered all the items, cut your GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP link cable in half. STEP 2. Using sciccors, remove about 2 inches of insulation from the GBA Link cable, then separate and remove about 1 inch of insulation from each of the wires until the copper wire is exposed. Example shown below: STEP 3. Touch one end of your voltage meter to the copper end of a wire on the GBA Link cable. Touch the other end of your voltage meter to each metal contact on the connector end of the GBA Link cable. Connecting the same wire to its metal contact on the connector side of the cable will make an electric circuit. Repeat step 3 with each wire to find out which wires output to which metal contacts on the connector end of the cable. STEP 4. Using the following picture as reference, figure out where each of the copper wires on the GBA Link cable are supposed to be soldered onto the back of the 25 pin d-sub connector. Notice that only the back of the 25 pin d-sub connector is shown. Remember that you labeled the wires in step 3! HOW TO SOLDER: USE COMMON SENSE AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING RECKLESS OR STUPID. Make sure the plastic or rubber insulation is stripped off the part of the wire you want to solder so that you see the copper end. Make sure your soldering iron is heated up for 10 minutes BEFORE soldering anything. "Tint" the ends of both connections you wish to solder by holding the soldering iron against the metal, and tapping a wire of solder against the metal contact. There should be a drop of solder on the end of each metal contact you wish to solder together. Hold the ends of both tinted metal contacts in place for about 20 to 30 seconds to allow it to cool and harden. Check that the soldered connection(s) are silver colored and DO NOT have any black or brittle looking spots. If they do, heat up the soldered connection, and melt the exising solder off, and then complete this list of 6 steps again. STEP 6. Test your Xboo Cable: Download the Xboo communicator here: http://pokemonhackingclub.webs.com/Programs/Xboo%20communicator.rar Decompress the Xboo communicator by right clicking on it and selecting "Extract here". Copy ONLY the UserPort.sys file to the directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\ Right click on the "UserPort.exe" program and select "Run as...", then press "The following user:" radio button, and select an admin user account, and press the "OK" button. Press the button labled "Start" on the UserPort program, and then press the button labled "Exit" INSTEAD of pressing the red X icon in the upper right corner of the program. Connect the GBA Link port end of your Xboo cable to your GameBoy Advance's or GameBoy Advance SP's link socket, and then connect the Parallel port end of your Xboo cable to the Parallel port on your computer. Once everything is connected, turn your GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP ON and simultaneusly hold down the "SELECT" and "START" buttons on your GameBoy Advance or GameBoy Advance SP untill the ROM has been sent. Open the xcomms program, then press the GameBoy Advance icon to select the ROM to send. Once you select the GBA ROM to send, press the button labled "Open". The SaveSender GBA ROM has been included so that you can backup and restore your save files from your GBA carts. NOTE: the GBA ROM you wish to send MUST be less than 256 KB in size. The xcomms program was created by Martin Korth, NOT me.
  21. Thanks for the support everyone! Including Action Replay code generation is an eventual goal of mine. I hope to include it soon.
  22. Here is an importer and extractor: Download: http://pokemonhackingclub.webs.com/Programs/PGF%20Import%20and%20Extract/PGF%20extractor%20and%20importer.zip
  23. The main goal is to make it as easy as possible for non tech savvy people to contribute their Pokemon Black and White events. Some people do not have the technical knowledge needed to install programs such as .NET Framework. Also, this program has improved over pokesav because it does not need the Japanese language packs in order to extract .PGF files. You could call this the new PCD safe.
  24. The program below is a translated and simplified version of pokesav that can extract .PGF files from Pokemon Black and White save files. Soon, I will release a full Mystery Gift editor for Pokemon Black and White. Screen shots: DOWNLOAD: http://pokemonhackingclub.webs.com/Programs/PGF%20Extractor/PGF_Extractor.zip And here are a few reasons why you shouldn't ignore this program: My program is compatible with: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It does NOT need any .NET frameworks, or any additional software. It is in English. Best of all, the simplicity of this program should make it MUCH easier for newcomers to contribute their Pokemon Black and White events. Please share your opinions!
