    I agree with you, Raichu's actually not too bad but if it is able possess to powers of the Light Ball. It would be too strong! It might join Garchomp in the Uber group...

    Hey, I don't see the Poll Options on the top but i'll just make my opinion first. I'll go for Infernape, first of all it has a higher base stat total, second it's an OU. I also like its moves better. And I have a preference of speed over attack.

    Hey what's that blue line on the SoulSilver Lugia Theme. I circled it in red: EDIT: Also, look at the top-right side, the Total Private Messages is on the next line. And its colour is impossible to see, unless I highlight it.

    I guess this belongs in Save Editing Help (i'm not exactly sure so sorry if i'm wrong). As for your problem, how many pokemon do you make at once? I think the limit is to make 15 or less pokemon at once. If you're making more than that, that may be the problem.

    Who's Itachi? I don't watch Naruto. All I know is how he looks like because I once helped someone make a signature which included Itachi in it. He looks like Sasuke... (I know Sasuke cause I watched like the first 30 episodes of Naruto). On topic: Granted but he becomes evil and starts going wild... I wish I had the power to read people's minds!

    No, that's illegal. That Arceus might not have all 31 IV's but it has 252+ EV's for every stat. That sum total of all your EV's together is 1512+. The maximum LEGIT sum total of all the EV's together are 510. If i'm right this is your Arceus:
