  1. Let's not use translators like Google Translate, BabelFish, etc. Those do a word for word translation and is 90% inaccurate for what we are trying to accomplish here. Once again for those that can't find it, the Story Translation Git is located here > http://github.com/projectpokemon/Pokemon-Black-White-Story-Translation-Files Now for my reserved contributions: 0191 (Trainer Classes for Alpha) 0121 (I have NO idea) 0122 (Random stuff) 0123 (Random stuff) 0124 (Random Terms) 0125 0126 You can take me off the reserved list on the first post now. I'll tell you via IRC if there's anymore I'd want to do in the future. 0124.txt 0125.txt 0126.txt 0191.txt 0122.txt 0123.txt 0121.txt
  2. @Kekron : Have you tried everything here > http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11469-Pokmon-Black-and-White-Translation-Project-v2&p=93170&viewfull=1#post93170
  3. @PlasticineGuy : http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11469-Pokmon-Black-and-White-Translation-Project-v2&p=93170&viewfull=1#post93170 @marco99 : Change "Button Mode" in your game options. It's the 5th option, I believe.
  4. @meowx : Japanese class huh. Whatever you just posted is 0202 that was processed in Google Translate >.<
  5. @meowx : Not quite sure what you mean. In the github readme, it states @xxdbxx15 : On that link I gave, everything is to do with the story. The github for the story text and non-story text is different.
  6. <@Guested> make a thread in the forum's event section Every year, a student festival is held in Kyoto as a get-together for their communities of students in colleges and universities. This year is the Festival's 8th year, and the festival will be held at "Kyoto Station (に京都駅周辺)", from the 9th to the 10th of October. In celebration of the release of Pokemon Black and White in Japan, students are invited to come and trade their Pokemon with each other during the festival. Each student will have a chance of getting a special Event, an evolution Pokemon, during the event. The Pokemon Event will be conducted on the 10th of October only, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, at Hall 2 (京都会館第二ホール). There appears to be more than one Pokemon that will be distributed. However, participants may only receive one Pokemon each. The distributed Pokemon are a mystery now, but are most likely the ones labeled "?" in the above image. Can anyone make those Pokemon out? 7. @xxdbxx15 : http://github.com/projectpokemon/Pokemon-Black-White-Story-Translation-Files
  8. @xxdbxx15 : What's being translated on the github now is the technical aspects, the non-story segments. The Story text will probably come later after all the technical bits are translated, although there already is a git repository for the Story text.
  9. @13philip13 : No one appears to be working on 6x to 10x. Go translate those? (Note that some have already been done, check first post for those) Guys, I'm working on 0121 to 0126 as well as 0159 with my team. Will be home in a few hours time to get started on those.
  10. @eosia : Maybe you didn't see how to contribute. Here.
  11. Roflmao @ Pokemon Comics. I took out the swear word from the below one
  12. Is your AR software up to date?
  13. I don't think any have been made available to public yet.
  14. @eosia : Re-read the first post, then go > http://github.com/projectpokemon/Pokemon-Black-White-Translation-Files
  15. @meowx : I believe only SCV's program can import/export the text files now. You'll have to wait till he decides to release it. @vashack : Submit them either via Git, or if you can't (like me), then maybe you can post them like this http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11469-Pokmon-Black-and-White-Translation-Project-v2&p=93217&viewfull=1#post93217
  16. 41h in B/W is now the Nature of the Pokemon. The rest of the hex values are still being uncovered, give it a while.
  17. @ChaoticKitten : I did a little bit of translation for the Pokemon Musical on Page 4. Will probably do more when I can later. @meowx : You can use any program do grab the message data off the .nds. You can't, however, import or export the text files yet. SCV made a program to do that, and may release his program in the future.
  18. I don't think anyone has started on the Story yet, we're more or less trying to translate all the technical aspects of the game first Edit: Need a userbar for this? Made one. http://img809.imageshack.us/img809/1948/ubd9058.png
  19. Have the beast(s) in your party, then go north of Route 16 to find the "Forest of Illusion".
  20. I'll contribute more later. Right now I need to leave the house. Also, I call dibs on 0159 as Kaarosu suggested. I'm working on the translations with several Japanese friends (NOT Google Translate), so yeah.
  21. *Yawns* More contributions from me. 0074 0075 0076 - PokeMusical, perhaps 0077 - Trainer Names 0079 0081 Also sent to your email. Enjoy. 0079.txt 0081.txt 0076.txt 0074.txt 0075.txt 0077.txt
  22. I suggest we leave the Pokemon names exactly the way they are for now. This allows us to extract the .pkm in the future with the Name and Origin Language being correct (Jap name, Jap game)
