    PokeGen is much easier to use, especially for BW. Everything's laid out for you to select already. And "no one much knows about it"? A lot of people do, in fact.

    Changing IVs of a Pokemon does make a Pokemon hacked. Don't use Legal.exe to check 5th Gen stuff, by the way. It hasn't been updated for that purpose yet. Use Pokecheck for those.

    PokeGen cannot convert a 4th Gen file to a 5th Gen file. Use PokeTransfer.exe or PokeCheck to convert the file. 136 bytes = PC 236 bytes = 4th Gen Party 220 bytes = 5th Gen Party

    When you download the Pokemon from the DW, it goes into the Entree Forest of the Entralink. No more connections to the DW server is made, the Pokemon is on your game for you to interact with.
