    It's just a sprite. And maybe they got sick of guys playing girls? :bidoof: But seriously, it was to do something new and appeal to a new audience as well rather than only those who played it long ago back in the day. So I mean... course I have no problem with it as I always choose male.

    You mean the Pokegear on the arm? Well it does but if you look at it... it wouldn't flip open but rather the front panel would split apart or slide open. I could be wrong. We will have to wait till more comes out to know for sure.

    Speaking of Serebii... you notice how in his pokemon of the week, he uses the word "whilst" way too much? And where it does not fit either, where the world while is go. But you can't even find the word while unless it is in worthwhile which is sometimes uses. Anywho though... a skateboard instead of a bike, eh? Seems interesting. But also might seem like a set speed and can't go mach to speed up egg hatching. But we will have to see.

    I'm just pretty sure they are gonna put a GTS and the Wi-Fi plaza and such like that. To not do so would be such a downgrade, well would be going backward at least I mean.

    Let's see... I feel they will add more event and stories to stop you in-between gyms so the game lasts a little bit longer. It does go kind of rather quick from gym to gym and something more needs to go in-between. I feel they should keep the Mach and normal bike switch like in Sinnoh. There might be story differences dealing with the heart and soul. There might be something to do with the wind, like what pokemon can be caught that maybe get carried by wind. The radio tower might get replaced with a GTS. How they might mention there use to be a radio tower there. Just think it is the past yet not, you know? The pokemon will be on higher levels to make the game more challenging. The return of the Vs.Seeker and Poketech applications with better navigation. Eh that is all I can think of right now.

    Yeah I don't like to cheat. Don't like cheaters either. It discourages me from wanting to play knowing there are people cheating and taking away all the work of building up. Course I know this site pretty much promotes that, as does GameFAQs. But eh, can't be helped if Nintendo is doing nothing about it. And if I do cheat, it kind of takes away the fun and has the same effect on me then if I didn't cheat. But well I still play regardless and follow the non-cheat path. Downside is, is that I haven't even gotten to making my team yet. But yeah we just have to wait for more info. I can only assume Mach Bike is there, and even though this is a remake, it is sort of like set more on today and things relating to Sinnoh and Hoenn might be present in the game.

    No because Sinnoh you could switch between Mach and normal bike speed. Which I would hope and assume that feature will be in the game as well. It should be, otherwise that would be going down a notch. Well reason for Mach bike is so eggs can hatch faster. Sinnoh bike, you can switch between normal and Mach so I mean, that SHOULD be in the remakes here. If not well then... no good at all. And I doubt anyone really does contests, eh? I know I never have. Didn't even need to in Sinnoh to get into the Resort Area house place thing. Just get the Footprint, Effort, Hall of Fame, and the 7 from the days of the week.

    Speaking of bike... I had said this before somewhere but... there better be the Mach Bike. Better not be taken out like it was in FR/LG just because there was no Mach Bike then.

    Cool sure I suppose you can help me out to understand how to play and make a good team and all. Best to learn through experience after all. Just I see those who are walls in 1 on 1 a waste or if they are rapid spin and all that you said. Of course I try to think of type coverage but I dunno. I think of Roserade or Mamoswine and I can't think of much else off the top of my head. How I think I got a good Sceptile build in my head but dunno if it would be good. I don't know what would be a good mix. And it's like... should I focus on their best stat or work on the weaker? Say a physical wall who has good enough defense. Advantage of putting EV into defense is to be even more of a physical wall but... putting EV into Sp.Def could surprise someone and manage to survive any Sp.Atk thrown it's way. It's all so complicated... So yeah I guess if we can somehow chat and swap and all. Example teams or type coverage. Me to maybe list 6 I kind of like that I think might be good... I dunno really.

    Wonder if the wind would have anything to do with play, either in story or how certain pokemon are met. Or if its just there for effect or in New Bark only... "New Bark Town - The Town Where the Winds of a New Beginning Blow"

    I have yet to make my team and dunno if I will ever get there but I have never really fought others, nor have I worked on IV breeding or EV training before because I just never get to that point. I had always played the old games, on GBC and GBA, as if I was ever gonna battle someone, which I knew I never would. But now that I can over Wi-Fi, it is possible for me now instead of having to rely only on those who are around me. What I wanna know though... what makes a good team? I wanna make a team that is a good mix. You know, sweeper and walls, both physical and special. But well... it's hard for me to see how a wall or an annoyer might be useful. I feel that if I use a move that does not attack, I could already faint in that time. I know it's part luck of the match of who has who and part predicting but well yeah I just wonder how being a wall or slow killer or something works. It's hard for me to see it and I can only see offense moves in pokemon to only have all sweepers or something, but I know that can't be good alone? If anyone can link me to any helpful information with either videos or something like that, it would be nice help to see how something other than sweepers can work.

    Wonder if they only follow... so long they stay in their first form! Mwahahaha... I doubt it but still.

    I always have trouble choosing what starter. Then I stress over what pokemon to have to play through the game. But then how there are HMs to consider and I don't want to backtrack to the PC just to get out someone with an HM so I have to think on who I wanna keep who can also cover HM use.

    Probably not. But probably will. At the least new forms like Platinum did for Rotom, Shaymin and Giratina.

    That sounds a bit dull. Besides, anyone else really think about it? Heart and Soul? Like if someone says "I love you with all my heart and soul"? Still though, it is decent names. A heart of gold... a soul of silver? Ah well. It might relate to the story somewhat though. About something relating to the heart in gold, and soul in silver.

    I don't see why they would. Each pokemon game has had the version name last, though can only compare to FR/LG with that. But can also think about the Mystery Dungeon ones how the version name comes last? The title anyway. Still though, kind of wish people would stop complaining about the names like that just to maybe fit their OCD or something which I know have yet I am fine with these names. Name does not affect if a game plays worse or better or anything.

    If anyone thinks RSE will get remade as well is just unlikely and here's why: 1. RSE is at least compatible with DPPt with Pal Park. 2. The reason why RBY and GSC is getting remade is because old gameboy games had a battery life and once that went, so went your game and well the original games would just go extinct. 3. Gameboy was, as I see it, more of one of those days of trying handheld gaming, there were other handhelds but they failed and only the Gameboy seemed to pull through. Pokemon was still had a lot to build and grow on. Now though, there are still things to build and add on, but not as much as in the past. 4. Obviously a lot of us were demanding a remake because of the memories it holds for us. Nostalgia can defend even the most overrated of games, not saying that Pokemon was overrated, but I could name 1 or 2 other games. Anyway that is how I see it. I could be missing other points to why these get remade and RSE will NOT get remade. Also I was seeing on GameFAQs, which is not reliable anyway, bad community. But anyway how people were thinking the old berry names would come back. Why? Gold Berry is now Sitrus. Psncure is now Pecha? So on and so forth. Just want to maybe clear that up for anyone who thinks old berry names will come back. Though... old pokeballs might come back. Good ol' Fast Ball and Heavy Ball.

    Yeah I figured. At this point we are willing to believe anything and people go through such lengths to make us believe. Just like with Dusk Silver and Dawn Gold and those fake boxes and all that. And I barely been around the GameFAQ boards but I can tell right off the community is just horrible.

    Eh GameFAQs... sure has a lot of trolling and immature people though. Most likely is made up. And yes the names are just right and fine.

    The names are rather nice. Don't know why people complain about the names. As said earlier by others, better than what others thought it was gonna be. I wonder if there will be some story differences. In gold relating to something of the heart and silver relating to the soul. Also... anyone else think about it? Heart and Soul. As if someone were to say "I love you with all my heart and soul."
