You're using the wrong PID Method.

Changing IVs of a Pokemon does make a Pokemon hacked.

Don't use Legal.exe to check 5th Gen stuff, by the way. It hasn't been updated for that purpose yet. Use Pokecheck for those.

Almost all of the Gen 4 Pokemon have ABCD, and hatched have no correlation.

Is this the same legality checker as the Legal.exe used by Pokecheck for generation 4? I put a bunch of Pokewalker pokemon up on Pokecheck, and they read as hacked or unknown. (Sorry if this is already known )

I got three to go through but the other ones i get a message that says " Legal.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the Inconvenience.:frown:

All that Legal.exe say is Check sum: 0x9F6C - Valid

Legal.exe does not have support for 5th Gen Pokemon. Use PokeCheck for that.

Using TrashBytes.exe I still continue to get Invalid Pal Park OT TBs for the following characters on a shiny Mew... "ミモ"

Is there something wrong with the characters themselves that it won't generate correct TBs? I saw another Japanese shiny Mew with only two Japanese characters in it's OT name and it had valid Pal-Park TBs. Here's the link...

nope, it's only for gen 4.

Pokecheck.org is vastly superior in terms of legality checking, so use that website.
