I'd still go with the 100% unaltered if I needed to. Confirming the changes between the Kyoto and the new ones is nothing more than the Card Title and Date Received (no other changes). They will have the same Trainer ID.

I got the PGTs using Grovyle Mystery Gift Editor with "Extract from WC"

The third value indicates which wondercard the pgt stands for (1, 2 or 3). I think...
