Here are some more personally obtained under-leveled Pokemon. 

The one with the Japanese name is a Magnezone. I evolved it on my Japanese Pearl because I like Pokemon with different language nicknames. I modified it in 1 small way, feel free to un-do it if you download the Pokemon. I checked the nickname box in PKHeX. Pokemon bank will wipe a Pokemon's foreign name when you migrate them if the nickname box isn't checked. I have no idea why. (I never tested what would happen if I migrated the Magnezone from a Japanese game. Because you can migrate from an English gen 3 game to a Korean gen 4, evolve it and give it a Korean nickname. Would Pokebank wipe it's name and make it English or since it has a Korean nickname/cart, would it keep it?)

Another thing I noted above. I have a third under-leveled Magneton. I'm willing to share it with anybody who might want an un-cloned one for whatever reason. Unless I can find a Korean cart. Cause then you can guess what I'll do with it.

Is anybody currently maintaining a backup of all the Pokemon files we're uploading here? All the ones I've been collecting myself, I haven't been keeping for myself. I just catch them, dump the file here and delete them so these are the only copies if nobody is saving them or making an updated zip file.

Do you have a level 22 Graveler from Platinum, route 214? I spent 2 1/2 hours searching. I found about 50-60 level 23's and 3-5 level 24's. Not a single 22 showed up. Bulbapedia has Diamond/Pearl's lowest level listed at 23 so I wonder if they made a mistake.

The people on the Bulbapedia Discord server just told me that. I had no idea that was even a thing. I'm going to start searching for it again.

These Pokemon have been modified. I changed the OT of the Floatzel and Swellow from my brothers name to mine. Same with the Houndoom from the Pearl save (from it's original Japanese name) and the Golem with the Japanese nickname, I checked the nickname box in PKHeX so bank will not wipe it.

Tho frankly I'll recommend a few guys working on a google sheet.
I can assist by importing as an iframe (like the Gen VII event tracker)

The post is done being updated. 

The thing about updating the first post, I can't continue to update it every time we make changes. So I was going to consider my above post the new post #1 where all the updates will be posted. I like the idea of a google sheet. (Provided it works. I have a spreadsheet for my 'for trade' Pokemon and it only works right when it wants to.)

Create a new google sheet, edit it, and File > Publish to Web > Publish (button)

After that, PM me the <iframe> details, and I can edit it into the first post.
This way, any changes you make will automatically show up on first post (within 5 - 10 mins)

So every time I make changes to the "missing and upcoming list" in Gen VII contribution thread, its all done directly at google sheets.

(just don't keep re-publishing or importing new workbook with the same name, it'll mess up that system a bit)

I've done a lot of work for gen 1 and 2 so I'm happy to help with the spread sheets on the two of them

The help would be appreciated. I could use help with the tedious stuff. I don't know what each Pokemon's evolution level is and I'd like to add the origin game for every Pokemon.

I actually don't need much help with the spreadsheet at the moment. I have nothing but time to kill today. I'll be done in a few hours. 

Unless you guys can send me the evolution levels of every Pokemon. But I already know some of them. 

I'm also adding the evolutions of the Pokemon like Haunter and Gloom. I guess we could just consider them optional targets.
