I've seen the movie in Japan Expo so I can tell that:

-Piplup knows Hydro Pump, Whirpool, Drill Peck and Bubble Beam

-Ash Charizard knows Flamethrower, Slash, Seismic Toss and I guess Fire Spin

-Lucario Aura Sphere and Bone Rush

I can't remember if they were revealed or not this side kick was so forgettable.

Plus, I remember that Ho-oh had Sacred Fire.

These Pokemon will be redistributed at Pokemon Centers, and since there's no warning about "if you received this before, you can't receive it again", it's likely different wonder card!

Seems correct.

for random once per day, an NTR ram dump would likely yield all 3 cards.

since mew will be on a different distribution period, a second visit is likely necessary.

im also curious if the Mew will be the same as the "serial code fixed, but not distributed" copy.

 

edit: apparently under details for mew, I missed the part that says even if you received the 7-11 ones, you'll still be able to receive these.

Also, apparently Charizard distribution text differs slightly from the original serial code distribution.

Not sure if this is intended, and if it'll be corrected.

Something that I've noticed is that you have access to the Wonder Card servers and such.

How is this possible for you to access their servers?

@argus1963 goes to the pokemon centers in japan for us and dumps the event. Long tutorial shortened, in 2 minutes you can do this by taking a CFW 3DS with BootNTR and doing the following:
Load BootNTR with 3.2 or 3.6.  Open the game and get to the part of the redemption where it asks you to press A to receive it.  Then open the NTR menu and go to process manager.  Sift through the list until you find a process named Nijiloc.  The process names can be found via the info option.  Once that process is identified, choose dump, then 0x80000000 region.  Wait (up to 30 seconds).  And you are done.  Copy the DMP file and send it to us or use the WC Dumper to dump the WCFull file.

Anyone can do this for local wireless and infrared events and I encourage everyone to go out and try it if they are able to attend an in life event.  As for online/nintendo zone/serial code events, we have bots that scrape and get this stuff for us.

I'm very interested in  learning to code and hack and am going to start learning C soon.
