All of our Pokemon are legal. Whether the trade restriction was lifted, I don't know but I bet it has by now. It has been available for almost 2 weeks.

Does anyone have a list of Gen 3 on wards distribution carts and a list of the ones which have/haven't been dumped?  It's highly likely there is a list somewhere on this site but I'm new here and can't seem to find the distribution cart files.

No Lugia at Lv 10 has been distributed with Cherish Ball.
No Lugia has been distributed Shiny with Cherish Ball.

but in this case, the Serial Codes is via some shop that I don't think exists here...
(smithys or something)

I'm assuming it'll be a EBgames distribution here (that's normally how it is)

Australia events all Piggyback off Europe's events:
Australia doesn't have a unique 3DS (they use EU region 3DS), so if Australia gets it via Nintendo Network,
that'll be because Europe gets it via Nintendo Network ><

The OT is different. For the released wondercard it's "2018 Legends" (matching the other events) while it's "Legends 2018" for the unreleased card.
