As another dazzling highlight this year there will be a gift for all the visitors that their Nintendo DS or Nintendo 3DS and their version of Pokémon Black Version, Pokémon White Version, Pokémon Black Version 2, Pokémon White Version 2
invock Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 I've been looking around Facebook for quite some time and couldn't find any of these "various UK GAME stores pages" announcing the distribution... It's always annoying when a website doesn't give any source to support its news.
XXASHXX Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I wonder why they are re releasing these 3 Pokemon. In HG/SS You can get these shiny level 1 and then restart to get the other 2 once you transfer them to another version. I think you could in Platinum also. Unless they will have the DW ability or something .
Guest Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Hmm, is anyone attending? I remember we didn't get the Meowth from Italy.
Kaphotics Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Hmm, is anyone attending? I remember we didn't get the Meowth from Italy. pretty sure someone will go, there's more than enough users in the UK that can contribute the italians are known for being quite leechy
Guested Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 To anyone who does attend: (as usual) As it seems likely it'll happen in more than just the UK, please bring all languages of the game if possible.
Ahito95 Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 [cut][whitetext]the italians are known for being quite leechy[/whitetext] You can see text written in white on the mobile version of the forum > Unfortunately some of the people who went to the PokémonDay didn't get Meowth because "hey, it's a stupid Meowth!" and the ones who downloaded it didn't share the .pgf, probably because they didn't know what a .pgf is. Sorry from an Italian
Guested Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I actually didn't catch that. I'm of Italian heritage... > Anyway, there's still the possibility that one will be contributed later. I think the last Pokemon Day Italian event was contributed a few days/weeks afterwards. It may also be distributed at German and Swiss events, still, though. THIS is why it's important for people to bring all languages, because with ONE event, we can have them all covered. SO please bring what you can to this event if you plan on attending. Edit: Serebii gave me links to the pages where he found this. https://www.facebook.com/events/403980986374297/ https://www.facebook.com/events/606464289394018/ https://www.facebook.com/events/175485175964809/ Official confirmation coming... soon (???)

Sorry from an Italian You can see it very well with the HeartGold theme as well. Even though we don't have the .pgf file for that Meowth yet, it is still possible someone will come up and contribute it at some point. Just look at Searcher Piplup, we got the .pgf for it over a year after the event was actually distributed.
Guest Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 Would still be nice if someone who goes would post here.
Lady Ariel Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 There is confirmation on the official site now for these Pokemon. Links: US UK Italian German French Spanish
Guested Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 There is confirmation on the official site now for these Pokemon.Links: US UK Italian German French Spanish That French link doesn't actually go to an article, and I can't seem to find it on the site. Has anyone seen it?
Lady Ariel Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 (edited) That French link doesn't actually go to an article, and I can't seem to find it on the site. Has anyone seen it? Apparently the link is broken, because it is the same link that the main page lists. However I did archive the page. Link: French archive Edited July 30, 2013 by Lady Ariel
Guest Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 It doesn't look like the article is on the french website anymore either, for some reason.
XXASHXX Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 I have heard rumors that these events are being released in the U.S. as well. Is this true? Thanks . I thought it was only in the U.K.
evandixon Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 I have heard rumors that these events are being released in the U.S. as well. Is this true? Thanks . I thought it was only in the U.K. It's in the US too, in Gamestops. (And I'm a little hyped because it's the first time I'll be able to receive a non-Wifi event, as a relatively new Gamestop isn't too far from me.)
XXASHXX Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Oh nice.Just wanted to make sure this was true. Thanks .
Guested Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Please read the thread or even the first post before asking such questions.
Lady Ariel Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 The Official Facebook page of Nintendo UK has revealed these Pokemon will be level 100. These Pokemon are going to also be distributed in Australia, Canada, and Latin America. Links: Nintendo UK level confirmation Australia confirmation Canada confirmation Latin America confirmation
krskull Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Serebii Also confirmed that Dialga will have the moves Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Roar of Time, and Aura Sphere. Palkia's and Giratina's are still unknown.
Lady Ariel Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 (edited) EB Games stores in Australia will distribute these Pokemon, while JB Hi-Fi stores in New Zealand will distribute these Pokemon. There is also conformation that Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal are also going to participate in the distribution. Agonist Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Here's hoping they don't have set IVs/natures (although, none of them besides Giratina have any particular need for a Hidden Power...)
randomspot555 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I don't think any of the shiny events have ever had pre-set IVs, though they've all in recent memory had pre-set natures.
Guested Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Copypaste from the contribution thread. Posting here for visibility. I've made some barebones entries for the summer events in the English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish Gallery pages. I'll fill in the details as they get confirmed.Due to the high number of Events this summer, I've made a spreadsheet to help me keep track of them and which have been contributed (especially since the Japanese ones will have multiple WCs for single pokemon, etc). I've decided to make the NA/EU/AUS distribution section of that spreadsheet into a chart to track contributions here (as I cannot attend those personally, obviously). I'll post it here as well as in the first post of this thread. At this point, I'm only assuming that Dialga/Palkia/Giratina will be distributed in all five languages at all distribution sites (although it's a safe bet), but we would very much like confirmation! So please be prepared, no matter which event you plan to attend! Also just assuming that Meowth was distributed in the five languages at Pokemon Day in Italy (no confirmation yet). It is still unknown if this Meowth will be distributed at German or Swiss Pokemon Day events this year, but be ready! PLEASE NOTE: Those who contribute any of these events will receive the Event Contributor Badge for their forum profile (Displayed under username and group) as well as the option to change their username to this color. (If you have contributed an event in the past but did not receive this, please contact me) Here is a reminder of the schedule for the Dialga/Palkia/Giratina events! US (at Gamestop) Dialga August 19 - September 8 Palkia September 9 - 29 Giratina September 30 - October 20 UK (at "participating retailers" ie GAME) Canada (EB Games) France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands Dialga August 30 - September 12 Palkia September 13 - 26 Giratina September 27 - October 11
