4evil Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 I heard about it watching some youtube videos but i never heard about it in g/s/c until today. what is it?
HottSushiz Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 WHAAAT! there's now 9, now my 2 shiny Mew's can't hold ALL the HM's, and have you checked Serebii, they now have images, it shows your Main character, with a Chikorita walking around with him, it looks so awesome, it might be like Pokemon Yellow, i think I'm gonna. *faints*
4evil Posted May 10, 2009 Author Posted May 10, 2009 noo its something you cant normally get like gs ball. i heard while i was watching some videos on youtube
Destati Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 It does nothing. Its involved in the Celebi glitch. You can sell them for a decent amount of cash though
derrick Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 never herd of it how thid this start up and what would it be in the game?
ShiPrime Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Ahhhh another HM aka "Pain in the rear" I hate Hm's enough already
evandixon Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Ahhhh another HM aka "Pain in the rear" I hate Hm's enough already Currently, I just ignore H's and use ARDS to walk through obstcles that require one (with the exception of fly and defog).
Goldgross Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Currently, I just ignore H's and use ARDS to walk through obstcles that require one (with the exception of fly and defog). Yeah me too. i dont even collect them sometimes but most of them are given forcebly...so we cant help it lol. HM 09 might be a joke....or it could be some nonesense move like rock smash or defog which has no other use aside from field usage.Hopefully it can be a radical new move that can be used to dig holes through walls or something. Honestly!! when i heard about rock climb i was sure it was a rock type move. Rock and ground types can learn with some others....pfft turned out to be normal type and useless as usual.
ShiPrime Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I hover to but prefer to beat the game without cheats first then i have my fun=] But i still think they are all useless other than surf and fly
Arandomproduction1 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 I hover to but prefer to beat the game without cheats first then i have my fun=] But i still think they are all useless other than surf and fly I'd say only Waterfall and Surf are the actual only HM's used in competitive battling...
eighty4 Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 There are more than 8 HMs, some don't make the cut each game. Like Flash and Dive.
MACandCHEEZWIZ1 Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 From what I've heard, HM09 is a glitch move from Gen I and Gen II. I forget what it did and why it happened, but it had a similar effect to other glitch moves, although they are pretty random themselves.
Zowayix Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 HM09 is not a glitch move in any games - there are no glitch moves called "HM##" or "TM##" in Gen II, and in Gen I the "HM##" moves only went up to HM05. HM09 is a glitch item that can be obtained through the Celebi glitch and does nothing except for being something to sell.
rocklee clone Posted December 24, 2009 Posted December 24, 2009 i think HM5 in those versions was headbutt, although i might be wrong
rocklee clone Posted December 24, 2009 Posted December 24, 2009 ooo, it was one of those tm's you can use outside of battle ???
randomcouchpotato Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 yeah, later on flash became one too ---------- Post added at 11:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:51 AM ---------- and dig was always one
Lucario Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 There's no HM09 maybe you're just confused in dpPt and HGSS versions because the later has whirlpool as HM05 and the dpPt has it as Defog thus there are 2 HM05(if you combine them only) having the total of 9 HMs.
Fawful Of Ice Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 It might have been headbutt, then replaced with the tm, and such stored in the game and broght out by cheating.
