  2. Use homebrew to properly dump your save data from your 3DS. That file is encrypted.
  3. Oh, I missed the needed move "Wish". I don't see any Gen3 Meowth distributed with Wish. List of Japanese event Pokémon distributions in Generation III - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia Serebii.net Eventdex - #0052 Meowth
  4. Hi, I have the same exact issue. My CIA file of Pkm Emerald on 3ds does not work with time-based events. I downloaded PkHex to do as you say, however, the app won't read my save. Do you know what the problem might be? I've also seen some people fixing it via the Super Ultimate Injector, which I might try if the PxHex solution keeps giving me problems. Thanks a lot in advance!! In case it helps, I'm attaching my save of my German run of Pokémon Emerald. 00000001.sav
  5. I already look I only found the Petal Dance Meowth only
  6. It's there in the encounter database as a Mystery Gift egg Meowth.
  7. But I can't find a fresh Pokémon on Database such like that Meowth
  8. An additional caveat for you to consider: just because PKHeX identifies something as "Legal" at this point in time does not mean it is 100% futureproof byte-for-byte equivalent to a legitimate Pokémon. I do not have a list of things that PKHeX does not currently check for. Improvements to checking & generating get added as the years go by, as we identify holes in the checks. So, previously "Legal" Pokémon become detectable as externally modified (e.g. not legitimate). Generally, the official checks per-Pokémon are relatively weak and nowhere near as comprehensive as PKHeX, but again, no guarantees that this will always be the case. It wouldn't be hard for them to task an intern to bulk process an offline database of HOME using PKHeX's API to identify obvious cheaters who are originating the data, or they could task an AI agent to do so as well. It is up to the end user to evaluate the risks of moving externally modified Pokémon through officially monitored systems like HOME. Players have been banned for obvious behaviors like account sharing, repeated trading of clones, and bulk moving of shared databases. They're usually narrowly targeted bans enacted by the developer. We've not seen the massive banwaves of pre-PKHeX-legality-checks in recent years, so maybe they've relented as PKHeX does a good job at dissuading impossible Pokémon.
  9. Generate one from the encounter database then change the SID to shiny using the Alt-Click shortcut for the shinytize button next to the PID.
  10. Can someone provided a PK3 file please
  11. Issue on GitHub fixed; thanks for reporting. Update Dex on Set doesn't work · Issue #4866 · kwsch/PKHeX
  12. HOME doesn’t have complex checks, but it sounds like your mon might be illegal. Just don’t use cheats if you wanna transfer up…
  13. Are there any plans to support Fakemon from fan-games like Clover or Uranium eventually? That would be pretty cool

  15. @theSLAYER Do you have thoughts on this? Def needed an answer for it!
  16. Those Pokemon will be lacking a legitimate “Bank to HOME tracker”. PKHeX cannot create HOME trackers. Currently there is a loophole where if the Pokemon enters via SWSH first, it will be able to enter HOME (HOME stops “transferred” monsters without a tracker from entering HOME, when deposited using other games). however, they could close the loophole, and also retroactively ban/restrict mons that use the loophole.
  17. For all who have accounts on our website, we have updated sign in settings so that you must sign in with your email address and password, instead of username and password. We apologize for any inconvenience, but know that it will help your account be a little more secure, now that one of the two pieces of information needed isn't shown on your posts for all to see. This is a requirement of the upcoming upgrade to Invision Community 5. We do not have a date or any details about it at this time, but we will share them once they're available. View full article
  18. Since this uses machine translation, there may be unintended errors. Pokemon Bank is shutting down, so I plan to transfer my Pokémon to HOME, but I have a concern. If I transfer a Pokemon generated by PKHeX that has been verified as legitimate to HOME, is there a chance I could get banned?

  20. Is there a Wonder Mail S generator for this one? There are some TMs I wanted (Fairy types) that aren't available in the other WMS gens
  21. UPDATE: it appears I haven't been able to patch the rom to 1.2 I don't know what's actually happening but I suspect the download is not giving me access to the 1.2 version, and is instead giving me the version I already have. my theory is because my time gears are still time gears and not time cogs, along with changing dialga/palkia forms at the luminous spring.
  22. So I may just be ridiculously stupid, but how do I access the new content from the update from a pre 1.2 save? like the "quests" and the form changer? do I have to re-clear a specific dungeon?
  23. Where’s the original post originally? edit: given it’s not a wonder card, don’t think it was ever hosted on site? In any case, can find it here: https://github.com/projectpokemon/EventsGallery/tree/master/Released/Gen 4/Trade Distribution
  24. I have to say, AI has become incredibly powerful when it comes to program analysis. With GPT's help, I've managed to figure out the structure of ranger1jp's Slot 2 distribution ROM. This is how the Slot 2 structure is organized: I also had it use this structure together with the existing distribution data to generate ROMs that can actually be run. See the attached file for details. Here are some screenshots of the program running. D001: If player has already received mission, it will show note: And here are other mission D002: D003: D004: However, there is one important thing to note: Slot 2 requires RSA verification. Without the official private key, it cannot be used directly. If used directly with the original ROM, the game will get stuck on the loading screen, as shown below. So for now I’ll provide two ways to bypass the verification. 1. Modify the ROM: revision | rom_address ARGJ v1.0 | 0x125368 ARGJ v1.1 | 0x125F68 change 32 D0 to FF D0 2. Cheat-code method: It can be used for both emulator or retail cartirdges. When used together with nds homebrew NitroHax, this method can also be used with an original retail cartridge. I’ll also include the corresponding cheats.xml file in the attachments. ARGJ revision 1.0 Game ID: ARGJ 137BF043 520FBB28 A802D032 120FBB28 0000D0FF ARGJ revision 1.1 Game ID: ARGJ D1359FD4 520FC6A8 A802D032 120FC6A8 0000D0FF In addition, based on analysis of the internal program logic, the Slot 2 ROM supports loading multiple DLC packages at the same time, with a maximum of three. The game will only display the title for the first DLC; the titles of the subsequent ones will not be shown, and they will all be downloaded silently in sequence. I’ve also attached a sample ROM containing D001, D002, and D003 for reference. ranger_slot2_D001.gba ranger_slot2_D002.gba ranger_slot2_D003.gba ranger_slot2_D004.gba cheats.xml ranger_slot2_D1-D2-D3.gba
  25. Hm, I'm starting to think this is a symptom of a bigger issue potentially with the game file. Gonna cut my losses, start a new save, be more dilligent about using backups, and keep an eye out for other problems. I appreciate your time!
