    This Zarude was originally released as Serial Code in various stores throughout Europe from November 13th to December 13th 2020. Although it has the same OT as the Japanese Release, other details such as TID, SID and Met Location changed. The codes are redeemable untill March 31, 2021. In the United States and some other countries, the user had to sign up for the official Pokémon website newsletter by November 20. The codes would be sent starting from 11 December. (TL;DR: it appears the server only allows single redemption presently).     CFW on Switch lives in RAM, so if you power off your console it will return to OFW. Please note that not all the Switch are hackable, you have to check your serial number (all is expained in the guide linked above). Before proceeding, some recommendations: If you're are going to hack thed console, do not install any pirated software, nor nsp homebrew. You will get banned if you do so. As of now, save editing, backup and restore has not led to any ban, but if you decide to bring an hacked switch online, you have to take the full responsability of that.

    Yes you can use PKHeX on Switch saves. You must use CFW also on this console to be able to extract the saves: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/

    I won't suggest to use any kind of rom. Also, we do not condone the use of piracy, you won't get support on this. Using PKHeX in the actual carts is fine, both for DS and 3DS games. You can do it without worry. You can also use legitimate digital 3ds games of course.

    I think you were lost way before then. You need an hacked switch in order to run homebrew.

    I suggest to use Visual Studio. Install it with the Xamarin extension. Clone the repo and open the .sln. Take your smartphone and activate the debug settings in the developer settings, then plug it in the PC and allow the USB debug. Your phone will be displayed in the run option. Select PKHeX.Android, build and run the project.

    It's working on my hand as you can see: Be sure to use the right commands and to be on a compatible save file. If you're using a Sword/Shield save file, please note that Hoopa is not available in the game.

    That's most likely a PKHeX bug within the import of the Event, the wc8 uploaded cames directly from the BCAT. It hasn't even been changed recently. Comparing the wondercard uploaded with the latest BCAT, they are identical. If I remember correctly me and @theSLAYER have also compared our WCs and despite a different name (his WC was from Shield BCAT, while I use Sword) the hex content was absolutely the same. I also Redeemed the Charizard with an actual code in my game, and indeed the Pokémon comes with the nickname. IIRC, if redeemed in a KOR game, it will not gain the Nickname. But I could be wrong in this. For reference this is my latest dump: BCAT - 2020.11.03 @ 11.12.30.zip And this is the Slayer's dump with the Shield "revision" of the Wondercard: 20200922_shield_bcat.rar EDIT: The PJCS Gastrodon also has this problem. It seems that the problem is with the oriental lang Wondercards which have a set nickname.

    Menaging original cart saves with a NDS/Lite is troublesome. I would suggest to use your flashcart (r4) to trade Pokemon within your original game. Your R4 should use standard format for game saves, so they should be usable with PKHeX and other tools. Otherwise, a good solution would be buy a 3DS or DSi and install CFW on them.

    The file you sent is illegal :s Anyway, I suggest you to search for a sysbot that will trade you the Pokémon by sending the file. It has to be legal to do so tho.

    Then I suppose the save you edited was done before you reached the Crown Tundra. PKHeX does not edit the position of the game nor load a previous "state". Be sure to be on the last game version, be sure to use the latest backup you have made (or maybe you don't have made a proper backup and used a previous save file backup), be sure to restore the right save file and be sure to restore it in the right Nand.

    You made a backup of the save from SysNand or EmuMMC? Restored where? Saves from Sys and Emu are most likely different.
