    I don't think ANY event celebi for the 4th gen has that ID so you probably got it from the 3rd gen and due to that you cannot use it.

    you just download the files, they're right under the picture of the Pokemon from the events or they are in the attachment part of it which is at the bottom of a post.

    During spring break, i was able to get the Jade Orb to get Rayquaza but for some odd reason I was struggling to capture it for what ever reason (night time chucking dusk balls then timer balls but no give). Then out of no where my friend just needed to throw ONE great ball and rayquaza was caught.

    I manged to complete my Pokemon Blue pokedex with 151 pokemon with the help of my (cherished) Pokemon Gold. I have 236 in Gold and I am trying to preform the celebi glitch.

    *Facepalm* WE get the events by extracting the events from the Wondercards into PCD and PGT files which are the events in their raw form (It's truly raw if they is no date set, etc.)

    You receive IV's after a pokemon is caught/hacked, You can not change it later on so the IV's can be anything between 0-31. A brand new pokemon has no EV's what so ever so a pokesav'd charmander would have 0 EV's

    You can also try NDS adaptor plus. I have one and it is excellent at backing up/ restoring saves.

    We aren't sure yet since black and white are going to be released in 27 days on March 6th for the US so we don't really see a point for a V9
