    Event pokemon can NEVER be shiny unless programmed to be shiny like the legendary shiny beast or the shiny vgc eevee so then that shaymin is hacked.

    I don't want to buy a flashcart I want something that can backup and restore saves to a PC like NDS adapter plus except for GBA games instead of NDS games

    I was wondering if anybody knows a good device that can backup GBA saves. It can't be a flashcart, it has to be a device that can backup saves from a retail cartridge.

    Here is ICEY. I should make some notes since you were vague on your description, Freeze bolt is a physical move so i decided to give ICEY a quiet nature and I set the date to March 6, 2011 which is the release date for Black and White.

    Why not just use Hypergts or Ir-gts. Both of these programs are able to send and recieve pokemon. Also you can upload pokemon into the program for other people to download with the ip adress.

    use Pokemon mystery gift editor...however it appears you are using a retail cartridge so just get a sav backup like "nds adaptor plus" and then just edit the sav to upload the event.
