Like I said, Animal Farm using the name of France's national hero was an insult I suppose. I have mixed feelings of Napoleon myself though.

Matthew 19:6 seems to state "Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." (the whole chapter is about that) while verse 9 states "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery." The only grounds for divorce as Jesus states is through infidelity. Malachi 2:16 has God stating he hates divorce. Either way, divorce was seen as a taboo and now that it is commonplace, a lot of families are broken.

The point though is that I was surprised it is considered a dumb law, which is the P.C. people's ideas of what's stupid and what isn't. Meh.

I love how the UK is becoming politically correct... *rollseyes*

"Divorces are outlawed."

"All land must be left to the eldest son."

All of these would be considered normal in another time and now it is considered dumb... poor UK is falling apart <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

"Any person found breaking a boiled egg at the sharp end will be sentenced to 24 hours in the village stocks (enacted by Edward VI)."

Now that's interesting. I wonder what's up here. This was the son of Henry VIII, and staunchly Protestant... so I don't know if the boiled egg was symbolic for something.

Here's the best law... from New York:

"The penalty for jumping off a building is death."

Wow nice find! I think everything has its roots from someplace, but I don't believe most people probably don't know of them.

France: "No pig may be addressed as Napoleon by its owner."

I think this is a reference to Orwell's Animal Farm, where they named the pig Napoleon. In French versions he was renamed Cesar. I didn't even know this one!

Mexico: "Any kind of nude artistic display is illegal."

But... there's a statue of a nude angel pointed north in a public Mexican square... *searches up for any laws that may have originated after the fall of Second Mexican Empire*...

 4. Is your Scrafty holding an Everstone by any chance? It gives a 50% chance for the mother to pass its nature to its offspring. That's probably not the case, or you're just unlucky. How many baby Scraggys have you got so far?
 5.

Sounds very... well, I don't know, like an epic film of some kind. Interesting.

I remember reading an article about the strangest laws implemented in different states of America, and I found it peculiar. It's probably a way for their law enforcement organisation to make more money by fining you for the stupidest offenses...

There's one in Paris I like that women cannot wear trousers. It's been implemented for almost 200 years. People in modern times find it ridiculous though I quite like it. Needless to say, it isn't enforced.

Nice try, but you try that in your nation, you could get penalised for copyright infringement and all. Just because William Blake is dead doesn't mean that you can take a segment and say it's yours. Also, you weren't very subtil with the archaic spellings (see what I did thar?).

 8.

Oh that's interesting. I don't know much about US laws to be frank (in fact, I'm not good at laws in any place). But from what I hear their law system is more conservative than Europe's, which at least means US still holds some traditions valued and dear I suppose.

There are two ways to view this: deontologically and teleologically (utilitarianism). The former emphasises on the means, if it is wrong, it shouldn't be done. The latter is "the ends justifies the means". So in that scenario, if you think deontologically, you would leave the train be, because you'd kill the 5 people, but by accident with no control over the scenario. Then there's the teleological, where you decide to switch so that one person dies, but you deliberately killed that one person by your own accord, but that was because in the end, five people were saved, even if it meant one person died. Personally, I lean towards the deontological side when sticky scenarios such as that would occur, but that's just me.

There we go; a crash course on ethics. Nice having a bit of intellectual conversation here... somewhat.

 10.

The problem is making the decision to do the killing, not when it happens in a situation where one cannot control. Such as (you probably heard this scenario and I'm probably not wording this right)... say you were the train operator, but the train is about to hit 5 people crossing but you have the choice to switch the train line to where one person is crossing. Who should be the ones dying today... five people or just one?

 11.

Sure I suppose. Just tell me when. ._.

 12. Yeah don't worry. These things need fixing anyways, and not everybody looks at my crazy signature with links on it I have a plan to overhaul some of these so they look better and more manageable if only I wasn't as busy as I am now... but it will come. Anyways that has been "fixed", so er... thanks for reporting that!
 13. If you meant the rules hyperlink, it's strange because I ended up here, which is not dead. I'll look more into this though because those topics are OLD as old can get.

Abortion is infanticide with another name, no questions asked. But there are always sticky cases such as what you mentioned, but God takes care of that. I don't know if it glorifies God for one to be dead for another; it's a question of an ethical dilemma there. That's tough and no definite answers, but murder of anybody is wrong, no matter what name it takes. Yes, we should consult God for that.

But of course, there are miracles. Here's an example. Know of Empress Eugénie, the last Empress of France? When she was supposed to give birth, she was suffering from an illness and both her and the baby would die. When the doctor asked Napoleon III who to save, he goes "the woman of course!" But praise be to God... both the child and the mother lived, but she would never allow Napoleon to approach her again... and his willy went off wandering >_> The Empress would live for 94 years, despite all the hardships she went through her life, which I find amazing.

 15. Hmmm, that's rather space consuming though. I would, but anyone can make their own sets with their own resources and whatever at that point. Maybe I should be discussing about how to use each Pokemon and what roles they fill... I suppose. I don't know.
 16.

I don't know... Bible seems to have almost every types of cases anyone can imagine. Haven't found much that isn't mentioned though. And even so, I believe we know what he means. And those guidelines are probably it. Whatever he said would be a lot better than "I don't find abortion as murder, therefore it's fine by me!"

 17. Hello there. Maybe my signature may help you link to the rules. Where is this dead link by the way? I can fix that if you want me to. There used to be a rule regarding signature dimensions, but I don't see that anymore. They even added a hack to cut down the viewable signature, which in my opinion, was a terrible idea. But I suppose all I can say is: keep it reasonable. I think we're all grown up by now to realise how signatures should be. Yours is fine, so no worries. The Rules

World is falling apart, and in Europe, the EU itself is a testimony of how well things are playing under the devil's hand. Federal Europe... <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Eh I suppose the pioneers of Virginia had noble intents, but the whole idea of colonisation was a scheme with a secret intent I believe. And American Revolution was just something done by Enlightenment thinkers and spoiled brats who was afraid their free ride was over. I think it's criminal how the Americans portray the British as tyrants when in reality they were not. But even so, America, unlike France, actually remained very religious after the revolution, which I give them credit for. While I have no doubt the pilgrims in Massachusetts were God fearing men, they were extremists who saw very little of their home England because they thought they could run things better.

William Blackstone once said "if it's not in the Bible, then it's unconstitutional". The moral relative practice of case law destroyed that principle.

Eh, U.S.A. is a large corporation where people are seen more as parts of a machine with little emphasis on individuality but has a lot of emphasis on individualism. It's self-destructive as I see it. And their role in this world is to spread democracy, which was the form of government that presided over Atlantis (I refer to the antediluvian world). It's also the reason why it sunk <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Over the past 50 years or so, we have seen radical changes that have been unprecedented throughout history. The stage was set earlier I suppose when the existing monarchies have been overthrown in favour of republics, creating order out of chaos, and attempts to thwart Christianity out of society so that a secular world governed by reason will dominate. It seems that the revolutionaries have won... and we're living in their fruits. Hence why it is mainstream for lies such as evolution to be taught in European and American schools, but Christ will forever be rejected.

 23.

I'm probably the wrong person to ask all that, as that is not my field of expertise. Hex values are values with a base of 16 and it is used primarily to assign values to certain attributes. For example, some hex values can determine a Pokemon's location of where it was found and what type of ball it is caught in.
