  1. Updating will prevent you from using web exploit again, but it's required to go online. Choose wisely^^
  2. Game updates are stored on the console's SD card. When inserted in your non-updated 3DS, it will say that your game needs an update. You cannot use both online and web injection at the same time (you need a 3DS below 9.5.0-23 for injections and an up-to-date 3DS for online).
  3. This will not happen because the game update itself patches the web exploit "In Game" (which means even if your browser allows the web exploit to work, no pokemon would be injected). There is no way to trick Nintendo servers into thinking your game is updated when it isn't without modifying the ROM.
  4. Nope, fps still decrease in battle on a 3DS(especially online+triple+3D, it's terrible). It doesn't decrease on my new3DS, but this is related to the better hardware. This update just patches the web exploit injection.
  5. You shloud try this section for help with pokemon gen. Also, I cannot open your attachement so maybe upload it on another website.
  6. Depends on when they were shipped. You can ask your game retailer on when he received the consoles if he's a nice guy. This exploit was patched through the march 2nd update (9.5.0-23) so consoles shipped before that should be ok, though it may not be a 100% chance if the console was shipped slightly before/after that date...
  7. Wouldn't it be possible to use an emulator to gen and then trade it with the real cartridge via ulated local connection ? I used to use a linker and 2 consoles to local trade my gen Mons to the real cartridge. With the help of the Pokemon bank, that's how I injected Mons before the web exploit.
  8. Well, I do not use the GW myself and am not an expert or whatsoever but, for what I understood, GW uses a "fake" firmware which you can update/downgrade as you whish without changing the original firmware. That would mean you can update your fake firmware to play SSB but still be able to access and modify your saves (but not using the web exploit, it doesn't work on emuNAND). Someone with more knowledge than me should confirm though^^
  9. There is something you can slide on the edge of your SD card, next to an arrow and the words "lock". Try sliding it towards the base of the arrow and your SD card should unlock, allowing you to delete your files. If the codes don't work it's another problem: what firmware are you on ? Nintendo won't brick your game because you injected mons, or at least no one reported it. Delete your .bin files etc from your SD card as you won't beneeding them anymore though.
  10. GW does allow you to inject pokemons to your save (and you don't event need injections). If you updated to 9.2 you might still be able to use emuNAND. And yes, it appears this won't work with cartridges updates.
  11. I don't know why, but many users reported that the injection did not work after updating via SSB / S.T.E.A.M. I guess this has been fixed somehow.
  12. There is no way to downgrade your console if it's above web exploit injection. It is possible via emuNAND, which means you need something less than 9.2 firmware, but it's pretty risky.
  13. What firmware are you on ? This works only between 9.0 and 9.5-22 updates (you can check yours in the 3DS parameters). Also, make sure you don't use the "code.bin" file that comes with box injection and that you renamed your pokemon file to "pokemon.ekx". Well, it is supposed to work between 9.0 and 9.5-22 updates so it should work but I've heard that for some people it didn't work after updating via SSB or S.T.E.A.M. I've no idea on how this is possible though.
  14. Just put whatever .bin file you need on your SD card then enter the game, back to home menu and access the new URL. It's exactly the safe as before except the web adress changed. Use the adress that match the file you want to activate.
  15. First, what console do you have ? It doesn't work on new3DSs or Korean 3DSs, regardless of your firmware. Then, if you get a communication error, check your internet connection and try these links instead : Finally, you can try wiping your browser cache and history and try again.
  16. No PCEdit/Ram2Sav update will solve this. If injection is possible again, it would be through another exploit which means different process and different name... EDIT: Seriously MysticKing, My post is just above yours yet you didn't read it...
  17. The process still works on unupdated 3DS, right ? It's just that you can't go online anymore.
  18. It worked before both the firmware and gmae patches, so yes it still works now. The only thing is that you can't go online anymore with you unupdated 3DS.
  19. It seems that the original servers went down, did you try those links instead ? : Another alternative :
  20. Is that me or the only thing this update does is patching the injection glitch somehow ?
  21. Alternative is given for rsavout/rsavin but you can replace #rsavout.bin with whatever you want (pcin/pcout.bin). I don't know what's the short URL though ( to be able to save both as favorites).
  22. No, you can't transfer updates using the SD card (that would be a huge security flaw^^). Is shuffle shop synchronized between you 2 consoles ? If you buy diamonds on your old 3ds, does they appear on the new one ? You can do it for pokemon injection, as you put your cartridge on both consoles, but I don't know if it's possible with shuffleshop.
  23. No, it just means less people will have access to web injections, and you'll have to choose between online playing and web injections. People with 2 3DS or access to cybergadget will still be able to do both though.
