  1. Use PikaEdit or PokeCGear (links are in my post above). In PikaEdit click on the "DLC" button in the save file tab. There you can edit your CGear and Pokedex skins as well as musical data.
  2. Yes, you can. But the rules, the name of the tournament, your oppenends messages and their names will be Japanese.
  3. What did you download? "You can Challenge the Isshu leage too!" was a Japanes tournament which you can find in this post. The name was just to long, so it was shortened.
  4. There are allready two editors which allow you to change your Pokedex skins. First one is PikaEdit (by RubenPikachu). The other one is PokeCGear, a part of PokeStock. Edit: The skins can be found in the same threads as the CGear skins.
  5. No, the unused ROM tournaments are hidden in every language ROM. Their language is a mess of Japanese and English. Kaphotics extracted them here.
  6. All the tournaments that were released so far are available in this thread. English tournaments are: 2012 Junior Division Challenge (as well as its fixed version), 2012 Senior Division Challenge and 2012 Master Division Challenge (as well as its fixed version) And also the Unused ROM Tournaments.
  7. Nice editor! Is this only for US versions or for EU versions or both? It would be great if you add the ability to change your own and your partners name in the future.
  8. I thought it's called cheats.dat? Anyway, there's a tool to edit cheat database files and insert new codes. It's called R4CCE and it's available here. I don't really know how it works. But maybe you can find out yourself or someone else could help you.
  9. There should be a cheat menu on your flashcard. Isn't it possible to add new codes in there?
  10. There's a code for editing the number of coins. Press select 94000130 FFFB0000 62111880 00000000 B2111880 00000000 10000094 0000C350 D2000000 00000000 The red digits are the number of coins in hex Example: Insert C350 to get 50,000 coins (which is the maximum) 03E8 for 1,000 coins 0064 for 100 coins and so on
  11. You can use the backed up save files on VBA. Just put them into your battery folder. They should have the right format/size to be compatible with VBA.
  12. 1. Get a clean ROM of Pokemon Black 2 or White 2 (US version) yourself, download the patch from the first post and extract it. 2. Start xdeltaUI.exe which is included in the download package, be sure you have opened the "Apply Patch" tab. 3. Under "Patch:" select the patch you want to apply on your ROM. They are located in the "Complete Version Patches" and "Vanilla Version Patches" folders in the download package and they have the extension *.xdelta. 4. Under "Source File:" select your clean Pokemon White 2 or Black 2 ROM. 5. Under "Output File:" select a direction and type a name for your patched ROM. 6. Click on the "Patch" button and wait. That's a bug. You can use this code to let the veteran appear there. Hold select while entering the room. 94000130 FFFB0000 B2000024 00000000 10036BF8 00000000 D2000000 00000000
  13. It's illegal to share NDS ROMs. Use google.
  14. The problem with your code are the shiny forms of some Pokemon. The shiny forms of Celebi, Arceus, Victini, Zekrom, Reshiram, Keldeo, Genesect and Meloetta aren't legally available. So, if you have one of them in your Pokedex, you'll be blocked from using Game Sync. Try using a code without those shiny forms.
  15. A new Korean download tournament released today! 하나리그에 도전하자! It's identical to the Japanese イッシュリーグに キミもちょうせん! (You Challenge the Isshu League Too!) which was released on December 3th 2012 in Japan. Isshu League..zip
  16. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer (don't know why), but after not more than 3 - 4 days you should be able to use Game Sync again.
  17. Changes the play time directly to 999:59. Just start the game. 62000024 00000000 B2000024 00000000 0003DAD8 003B03E7 D2000000 00000000 red = minutes in hex blue = hours in hex
  18. I don't now any programm that can recognize how much tiles are used up. I use Paint.NET and IrfanView for making skins, because in my opinion they are great image editing programms. Paint.NET for creating/editing the image and IrfanView for reducing the colors. @ prectorian You missed the one for BW Genesect BW..zip
  19. Get a clean White 2 or Black 2 ROM yourself (it's illegal to share ROM downloadlinks) and patch it with one of the patches you can find in the first post. Read the posts above. The bug can be solved with a code. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?26326-Pok%E9mon-Blaze-Black-2-amp-Pok%E9mon-Volt-White-2&p=162781&viewfull=1#post162781
  20. Here they are CGear..zip
  21. Why do you need PokeBox2? There are better editors like Pokegen. I won't translate any other programms from PokeStock, because there are better alternatives. Maybe PokeBoxGBA since there aren't many Gen 3 editors, but I don't have that much time at the moment. Also feel free to translate the programms yourself. All what you need is a hexeditor, a converter to convert shift_jis characters to utf-8, of course a translator and a lot of time.
  22. Here is my translation. I hope everything is translated correct. If not please tell me. PokeSkinED..zip
  23. Right click on the boxes and choose set. Btw. just out of boredom. Nothing special, but I like it. Gengar..zip
  24. This Deoxys is going to be distributed in Korea from 05.04 - 05.05.2013. It's non-Wifi and similar to the Japanese Masuda Deoxys. Deoxys OT: 플라스마단 ID: 12152 Lv: 100 Item: Life Orb Moves: - Nasty Plot - Dark Pulse - Recover - Psycho Boost Source
  25. Some Unova Pokemon, the ones which are already available in DW, have their proper overworld sprites, for example Gurdurr, Druddigon and Axew. Btw where can I find all the entree forest sprites? Or just a list of them?
