No, there is no way to make a Pokemon weaker in stats permanently. Except to give it EV reducing berries right before it hits level 100.

No, stats do not get higher if you EV train at a lower level. It doesn't matter what level you start EV training at, as long as it's not level 100. As long as you get the EV's back before level 100, it doesn't matter. (I hope that I answered right )

Nranted, but nobody talks, nobody battles, and theres only one person who battles and they really hate you for some reason. I wish that all fish could fly!

Granted, but for some reason, Zeus curses you so that the only job you can get is one that you spend 24 hours a day scrubbing plates, seven days a week, no holidays, no breaks, and you get hungry but you don't die of starvation. If you stop scrubbing, you get whipped mercilessly for 5 hours straight and you stay conscious and alive, but still feel the pain and you still bleed. The same thing happens if you get the plates dirty. (Yes, I realize that you don't believe in Zeus and the other Greek Gods, I ain't that unobservant, Sushiz!) I wish that I didn't have Arachnophobia, fear of heights, fear of large-ish bugs, Claustrophobia, fear of the dark, and fear of vicious animals, like the Doddle Birds on the school field, guarding their nest! (In other words, I wish I wasn't a compete PANSY!!)

The very first one was a Golden Poochyena, but that was on a ROM. The first one I had on a console was, unfortunately, a Bidoof. *sniff*

Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that Fire is my favourite element, and that every single elemental quiz thingy i do ends up with my result being fire. Even in the PMD series.

Granted, but they are all level 0 sunkerns that can't level up, don't evolve and have Growl as their only move. I wish that there would be less Fire types so I could appreciate them more. (Take out Magmortar and Infernape, for starters. >_>)

Granted, but for some reason, whenever somebody sees it, all they see is a white background with the statement that offends them the most, and no matter how calm, cool or collected they are, they get very, very angry and everybody hates for the rest of your life. O_O I wish that I could make good custom brushes in photoshop, and they are very popular, everybody likes them, they can't be destroyed or affected by anything negatively in any way.

I voted for the Fire type, because the majority of the Fire types are very cool looking, and Charizard is my favorite. Charizard was also my second level 100, and Houndoom was my first.

Granted, but you freeze yourself in time too, and any and all gods that do or did exist. Now nothing can start time again. (Sorta, I was hanging out with him by the school gate after school, and they start to leave, and kidnap me, drag me to the main road and set me free -.-) I wish that I had metal spikes drilled into my knuckles, and they didn't affect me negatively in any way, and that they went into metal sockets in my knuckles.

Granted, the the Flames/Ice are so hot/cold, that everyone around you gets torched/frozen, including your family and friends! But not me. You kidnapper >_> I wish that I could make photoshop brushes without having to watch tutorials. (so much loading...gah!)

Granted, but now it takes 3 days straight to do it manually for the tiniest code, and after all that work, your AR gets a face and becomes a member of the Italian mafia, and starts smoking and carrying guns around, shooting at you and wearing those suits that stereotypical Italian mafia members wear. I wish that Allomancy magic was real, and that I was an Allomancer! (see; Mistborn Trilogy)

Granted, but he does something incredibly stupid, and it manages to lose to everyone he versus. I wish that there were a funnier sight than seeing monkeys zooming across the highway from Pune to Mumbai in India and launching themselves into space on the other side of the road. (Happened two years ago, and it was hilarious!)

Bonjour! Welcome to PP, and enjoy your stay! Heh, I took French two years in a row, the first year, the teacher made it rather interesting and easy to learn, but in the second the teacher was so boring Even had a boring voice. Failed it that year.

Hmm, sport, I don't really like that much, it's mainly team sports though. I'm fine with that as long as we still get to play games in PE. Anyway, granted, but you forgot to order them not to hurt anyone intentionally and you mistreat them and they start ripping you to pieces. I wish that there was a cheaper, cleaner, more efficient portable power source on Earth.

Granted, but you don't realize that they've been sabotaged...with springs! The spring are very powerful, and deploy the moment you touch the ground with the wheels, and launch you right into space, and you zoom past the moon, mars, all the other planets until you eventually get to Sedna. Then aliens abduct your dead body and desecrate it, then they revive you, and torture you. I wish that we never had to play team sports in school. (Hockey, Soccer, Rugby, etc)
