    I haven't seen anything on Japanese blogs, Auctions, or Google yet. Besides just some person wanting one on neoseeker that might have his facts wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a hack. The latest I've seen about preview showings was July 6th from what I was reading on some Toho site for the very latest. I'd patient.

    Mine are like these too for the first 3 Wonder Card Events for Japan. Mine's 801D, probably just extracted wrong. Everything else besides Distro ID seemed valid in Hex. I think I uploaded it when I saw that with the older submission, before file attachments suddenly went down. Mine's 800C too.

    Crown Entei Cartridge Picture Source Blog post says~ Raikou had a Yellow Cartridge, and Suicune with a Dark Blue Cartridge.

    If it isn't submitted here by the time I get it. Will do. The PKM out of the Wonder Card needs to be generated by game in order to make a valid PKM file. The PKM within the WC simply generates the information for the Pokemon in-game once you receive the Gift.

    Yup. There's 3 things that didn't count as Movies in Japan to my understanding. Previous DS Events were for Movie 09, 08, and 07 as Cinema based Events.

    Deoxys takes 4 Cards for his different Formes and different movesets.

    How do you even get the Deoxys Mission to look locally for other players? I have more than 3 DS' and more than 5 Flash Carts and I haven't gotten anything to show up. I also don't think it's like the Manaphy Egg Mission where you have to have a certain Mission done in the Main Game.

    The Transfer seems to cut out with an EZ-Flash II, and an EZ-Flash V 3in1 (GBA Size). :\ I got a little further with a different message display for the EZV 3in1 before it cuts out.

    I'm getting trouble to boot this on a Wii. I've tried 3 different versions of cMIOS and GC Backup Loader v2. I'm now awaiting a new cMIOS soon, or might just get a Modded GC somehow.

There hasn't been any announcements for different Eevee moves for each date/regions, let alone comparing last year's WCS Gold Milotic. Even looking around on Yahoo Auctions for the Data Transfer, I haven't seen any move changes getting the Wonder Card after 01/11, for a Card dated 01/24, unless they were using real/fake data replicated off the one for 01/11. I personally still think it'll be like WCS Milotic. Would be kinda cool though.
