    Welcome to the forums, xRi!
  5. Sorry for the inconvenience. It's back now.
  6. Was there anything in the Errors window? That looks like a UI error. Do you remember clicking anything in particular prior to encountering this? This window lets you create a file. For the most part, this won't be useful. For PSMD editing, all files will be created for you, so you'll instead want to create a new project.
  7. You'd also need to take care of the graphics and animations. @psy_commando's gfx_crunch can help with that, but I don't even know everything that'd be involved with inserting Pokemon. If you try out what you can, I'd love to hear your findings.
  8. Sorry for the late reply. I pushed an update that will force the dropdown to pay attention to the backspace key: https://teamcity.projectpokemon.org/repository/download/SkyEditor_SkyEditorROMEditor_B/42409:id/SkyEditor.ROMEditor.UI.WPF Build 196.zip If you choose not to update, you'll need to specifically choose Mew from the dropdown without typing it in. Testing this is kinda making me want to try playing as Mew some day:
  9. After a few hours of being offline, we're finally back! Not only are we on a shiny new server, we have some new goodies: The Dark Theme As most programmers can tell you, light themes are, well, too light. This new dark theme, which you're probably already using now that it's the default, was carefully chosen to be easier on your eyes and blend with our existing aesthetic. If you don't like it and want to go back to the old one, then don't panic! Simply scroll to the bottom of the page, and there's a theme selector at the bottom left of the page. Choose "Site Theme" if you want our previous default, or choose "IPS Default" for maximum brightness. No More Ads For years, this site has been funded with the bane of the internet: advertisements. However, thanks to the generous donations of our Patrons on Patreon, we no longer need to rely on advertisements, so we have disabled them for everyone. As always, we'll continue to work to make the site even better than it is. We'd love your help by giving us your thoughts and feedback. We also have some open moderator positions for anyone who is interested. View full article
  10. Could you send me a copy of the save before and after editing, please? I don't personally have one, but given that it works with my NDS Backup Adapter Plus and SMS4, I don't see why not. But unfortunately, Sky Editor doesn't support turning IQ skills on or off, unfortunately. Sky JEditor will let you change the necessary bits IIRC, but it would be mostly trial-and-error work, since it would be changing one of the unknown 0's to a 1.
  11. Ah, those saves are from No$GBA. It should be a simple fix to get them working in Sky Editor. From nogba.com: Afterward, you should be able to open those saves in Sky Editor.
  12. That means it couldn't tell what kind of file you gave it, probably because the checksums are bad. What happens if when you open the saves, you use File -> Open -> Open (Let me choose the file type), then choose the correct save format?
  13. It might be different now on the latest firmware, but generally speaking, as long as you don't pirate software, you'll be fine. It's not the same on the Switch, and I think they ported over some of the Switch's hack checks to the 3DS on the latest firmware. Try TWL Save Tool. It works with homebrew, but it will require that you have either PokéTransporter or Pokémon Dream Radar installed. (Disclaimer: I haven't tried it in quite a while, so I can't personally attest that it works on newer firmwares.) Unfortunately, no. Unlike other save file structures, where data is located in the same place all the time, the 3DS Mystery Dungeon save files store data in different locations (e.g. saves with 40 items in the bag will be bigger than saves with no items in the bag). This makes it very difficult to reverse engineer the save file structure, as it'll require an almost complete knowledge of the structure. I lack the patience to do that or to reverse engineer the game to learn how it works, so I've instead been focusing on ROM editing, where I can reverse engineer file formats. It'll be a long time before I take another close look at the 3DS Mystery Dungeon save files again, unfortunately.
  14. I took a look at the saves, and a lot more research will be needed to support editing. Sky Editor doesn't really understand the layout of the save yet, and it uses clues from other pieces of data to guess where the checksum is, clues which aren't in your save for some reason. I'm sorry to say that Sky Editor won't be able to edit GTI saves for quite a while. You may be able to look around for cheat codes to accomplish what you want, but unfortunately, I don't have any handy.
  15. An alternative to Checkpoint is JKSM. It's a little older, but it should still work fine. It's been a while since I've used it, but it should still work with homebrew.
  16. Unfortunately, no, not with my current skill set. It would require some ASM edits that I don't know how to do.
  17. Pokémon from flashcarts are the same as Pokémon from legitimate cartridges. As long as you don't use cheats or anything you'll be fine. I've personally never used a GBA flashcart, but I've read good things about the EZ Flash Omega, which is the newest one I'm aware of. A quick and not-at-all-thorough search of the shops I usually go to makes me thing the others are no longer made. An emulator might be the next best thing if the Omega doesn't suit you and if you can't find anything anywhere else.
  18. Could you upload your save file (if you don't want it public, you can send it to me in a private message), and I'll see what I can do.
  19. You can use the left and right arrows to see the other partners. As for the nickname, that's a known limitation. You can, however, change it from the main menu once you progress a little in the story.
  20. Welcome to the forums, AlxanGamabu!
  21. Version 4.0.11 has an experimental feature to edit GTI's held money, but nothing can edit PSMD saves yet. To try it with GTI, use File -> Open -> Open (Let me choose the file type), browse to game_data, and choose the "GTIGameData" option in the dropdown. It's experimental, so be sure to back up your save first, as there's a chance of corruption.
  22. PKHeX doesn't support loading saves directly from the Sky 3DS. It is still possible to edit your saves if you have a hacked 3DS. Here's a tutorial to help:
  23. Are there any errors in the error window?
