    i have 3 questions if you can answer please post. 1.is it possible for a lvl 1 pokemon to have 85 evs in every stat or would it be considered a hack if it does. 2.can pokemon have a maxed out contest conditions like cool and cut in every stat. 3.how do i drag the pkm file onto the legit checker. (nooby i know =Þ)

    Yes and no. I will buy it if it doesn't come out with a 3rd like emerald and platinum because then i feel like I wasted money.
