  1. There's no tool and little to no documentation for the wonder records on gen 9. You can still dump the Mystery Gift block from your save file, open it with an hex editor and try to understand/edit the values. Be aware that you'll find no support in doing that specifically, it'd be on your own. It'd probably be easier to restore an old save file and redeem the gifts again, with the correct date you want.

  2. Save in game so that the console flushes the content to storage. Stop using save states to back up your save data.

  7. Ah alright. Also I did get to actually checking if the cutscenes are fixed, and at least on the Nosgba vers(The one I'd been using, works fine on Desmume) they are. I'd made a new save to test the patching, which works, and to be able to check the cutscene faster anyway. It's just that you did forget to update the vers number in the titlescreen, might wanna make a note of that so people know. Thanks for responding and taking things into account though! Also I've seen where you were considering a dusk version, maybe you could add a mix of starters/partners from the current versions in with any new ones? Also, Might I suggest some hisuian forms if you do make a dusk version? I know they have Hisuian Zorua, and Sneasel and sneasler would be p cool too. Maybe Dusk could also just be primarily regional forms even? And a dawn edition could be either an assortment of shinies, or other mons entirely, who knows though. Could be other starters entirely. Either way I'm looking forward to it.

Introduction Typically dumping savs from bootleg GBA carts will result in a save that won't be usable on emulators nor save editors. That is because the save is typically stored with the ROM data, instead of the designated save location. This program is able to extract and inject saves into bootleg Pokémon GBA ROMs. Usage You can drag and drop the game (.gba/.bin) onto the program, or open it. The save (if available) is then dumped into the same directory as where the game is. You can extract the save for editing, and then choose to inject back the edited save. Technical Explanation This program checks every 0x1000 of the save file, starting from 0xFF8. (if it's a save, the initial 2-words at every 0xFF8 in the save are identical to each other, and the initial 2-words at every 0xFFE in the save are the same, that being blanks) Image example: Tests done. Tested on a copy obtained from here, as well as on an owned bootleg cartridge.
