  3. Just FYI, the 0000001.sav is a save; deleting it will cause the existing save to be gone from your game (applies to digital copy of the game). How it's not a regular save: it's a encrypted save. PKHeX uses decrypted saves. Save managers deal with decryption of saves, so most people don't even notice that decryption is a thing. Given there's no way presently to decrypt it without a 3DS, that file is effectively useless in anyone's hands, except your 3DS (assuming the 3DS doesn't get formatted). With that information, I'll recommend you use the save manager to get the decrypted save, for keeping safe back ups in your computer, and for obtaining a save file that can be used with PKHeX.

  4. You still can't have a Zeraora with your own OT.

  5. You can not legally change the OT/ID of any Pokemon. So of course it becomes illegal if you do so. Event Pokemon can have no other OT/ID than the preset one they were distributed with.

  6. This "Nintendo 3DS\ID0\ID1\title\00040000\000afe00\data" is not even a Pokemon Y save file at all. Also that's not how you get save files from your 3DS unfortunately. They are encrypted so you can't take them straight from your SD card. You will need Custom Firmware or at least a way to run Homebrew installed on your 3DS. Then you have to use a savemanager like JKSM or Checkpoint to export/import your savefile.

Brief Description This tool imports flags into your USUM save. Instructions 1. Load the program 2. Load up your decrypted non-corrupted USUM save (decrypted non-corrupted USUM save basically means a USUM save that loads in PKHeX) 3. Select an option within the drop down box (note, these set of event flags were obtained from a save that backed up the point in time explained in the text of the drop down box) 4. Click Inject 5. Open the save in PKHeX, then save in PKHeX, to fix the checksum. Author's notes Unless there's any major game-breaking bug (excluding users not fixing the checksums properly), I have no intention of fixing/updating this. While the text in the drop down box contains a lot of misspellings, this should be something users can figure out.. Also, if you can't load the save after the edit, and you're sure you fixed the checksum, check out this tutorial: https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/managing-3ds-saves/troubleshooting-corrupt-saves-r92/
