Try going to Filters>Blur>Selective Gaussian and set it to somewhere between 10-20 on your pokemon before you put them in the image next time. It makes them look better.

You are defiantly getting better but try Narwal's method and that should help tremendously. I give this on a 7.5/10.

Hi, its me to request yet another sig. Its kinda a tall order, so tell me if it is a problem. This time, could I have a pic of Itachi Uchiha, from naruto, next to a Tyranitar? If you are unable to do a Tyranitar, then an Absol or Shiny Azelf works, too. I would prefer the T-Tar, though. My name could be at the bottom, centered in a medieval/Gothic font. Underneath my name, could you fit this quote: “I warn you, if you bore me, I shall take my revenge.”
