Recovering hgss save (help)

Hello, I have a Pokemon Heartgold save file that pk hex says invalid file size i think it is corrupted is there any chance i could get my Pokemon back even an individual one the file is attached here so if anyone could help that would be amazing!

That's just a file full of garbage. Whatever tool you used to obtain that file completely corrupted it. There's no usable data.

Is it possible that you own a fake cart and the tool you used to dump the cart, ended up dumping the wrong partition (which would have been correct in a real cart)?

Thanks for the info, the cart i used was legit but this was the last backup i made and had to be salvaged from a sd card i think the recovery i used at the time corrupted the save thats why i was wondering if there was any chance anything was salvageable
