I just started playing it and I did want to bring up that when I pick Mew as the leader and start in beach cave, the first attack freezes the game. Just thought to bring this up for future reference. Thanks again. No, it doesn't. It depends on your emulator and cheats enabled. I've had several people choose Mew as the leader and complete a run

Drastic, Twilight Menu++ and Retroarch have proven to work too...

I tried the Melon DS it didn't work as well as another one called Fullroid. It was freezing as soon as I or the enemy did a regular attack. This may sound stupid but I did a rest save in game with the supernds as an experiment before attacking and it worked afterwards.

Is anyone else having that issue?

Horn it did *not* crash after encountering a parasect. Very strange. My current approach is to save state before entering a dungeon if necessary and playing all floors until I get through crashless. It's very painful since this is like my 10th attempt. Wish me luck. Edit 1: I needed 3 more tries to make it all the way to Fogbound Lake. All the crashes happened at Mt. Horn. After that no more. Edit 2: I progressed further into the game and stumpled upon many freezes. I noticed that some dungeons are fine and some regularly cause freezes. Now I'm at the graduation exam mission at Mystifying Forrest but I can only make it to floor 4, there I got a freeze 5 times in a row now. I really hope that I'm not hard stuck here and try to figure something out if it happens again but atm I don't know what. You’re the first person I’ve seen having the same issues as me. I’ve used Delta emulator on iPad and even reset the game and used Desmume on PC with the same issues. I can’t get past floor 4 in mystifying forest for months now.

If you have a quick save in dungeon it's doomed to crash at the same point if you started the dungeon on Delta too... Edited 6 hours ago by Alphadaemon

I restarted the game on Desmume and the glitch still happens where it freezes in between dungeon floors
