Is there any way to get Ascend Stone Mark II without heading to the depths of Zero Isle Center?

I just recruited Palkia and unlocked the Marine Resort. The Ursaring spoke to me and by all means it *seems* like I should be able to evolve my partner Kirlia, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I used the Marowak dungeon to evolve both starters the first time.

Looking at this thread, this does seem to be a known bug, so I would like to try my luck with the stones. Is there any other method?

No. Doing Zero Isle Center will reward you with the second ascension stone

There's nothing here. No Ascend Stones, just chests with leader-specific items and Premier Gifts.

It's technically not the first time I've been here -- the first time I had done a few missions on the way. This time I didn't accept any. Both times there was no Ascend Stone.

What now? Is Kirlia just stuck like this until the bug-fix? Is there nothing I can do?

Then you encountered the bug that'll be fixed by the next version coming very soon.

Okay I’ve actually encountered a problem on multiple occasions when moving to a dungeon floor that either is or ends with 5 or 0, I know it differs from what I previously said but it’s happened more often with these numbers, the dungeon floor will not load and the screen turns black.
I constantly have to go back to my last save and interact with other Pokémon or switch job listings in order to progress through those floors. This becomes increasingly harder when you are in the middle of the story with just a porygon2 as I have to restart 100+ times it’s worked after so many attempts but currently I’m stuck in the future with Grovyle and Celebi and have tried failing or giving up in the middle of the dungeon in order to trigger something to get me past 10F because there’s no job to switch or multiple Pokémon to interact with. This is just my experience so far.

How does the progression of the World Treasures storyline actually work? It's been a few days since we recovered the Chitinous Didgeridoo but Scizor still hasn't made any progress. This is more days than usual compared to events like the Marine Resort discovery or Grovyle's capture which usually take around two or three. As far as I know I've gotten every other treasure available, only missing the Fiery Drum, Insidious Waterphone, and...Jirachi and Giratina's items.
Along with Deoxys' dungeon, how exactly are these places unlocked? Are they all through Scizor? And how long do I have to wait between each expedition?

Sidenote, I did also recruit enough Pokemon for Clefairy's final reward, but...well it seems like many in this thread, I have no idea where "Mrs. Kecleon" is. Talking to the Kecleon Brothers doesn't yield much, which...fair, they are the Kecleon brothers. I don't really need the Purple Kecleon...don't really want it either except for completion's sake. But tying that thread up would just be satisfying.

(Also how can Dream Catchers be farmed? Based on Wynaut's offers there's probably a renewable source of them beyond Wigglytuff's rewards, and I just barely got the Shard I needed to evolve Kirlia...)

Do mission days between each quest. However if you did World Abyss before even having finished Scizor's quest (which ends with World's Abyss), you might have story-locked yourself.

The 475 recruits reward is bugged in current version.

Dream Catchers can be found through Mysteriosity locked doors and some side-dungeon rewards.
