I just recruited Palkia and unlocked the Marine Resort. The Ursaring spoke to me and by all means it *seems* like I should be able to evolve my partner Kirlia, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I used the Marowak dungeon to evolve both starters the first time. Looking at this thread, this does seem to be a known bug, so I would like to try my luck with the stones. Is there any other method?

No. Doing Zero Isle Center will reward you with the second ascension stone 1

It's technically not the first time I've been here -- the first time I had done a few missions on the way. This time I didn't accept any. Both times there was no Ascend Stone. What now? Is Kirlia just stuck like this until the bug-fix? Is there nothing I can do?
