Nitrogue1 Posted December 14 Posted December 14 (edited) So I'm pretty sure I have a bug. I got the quest for exploring Thundercap Mt but it instead points to World Abyss. I can't accept it either because the game says I've previously accepted it. I can't travel to Thundercap Mt. either. I can access World Abyss though. Edit: I tried deleting the quest and refreshing the Spinda cafe until I got another treasure quest and it's the same quest which I still can't accept. Edited December 14 by Nitrogue1
Nitrogue1 Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Well I got it to open by editing the first script I could find that I could trigger to force it open. Found the Clefairy script and added a single line to open Thundercap Mt. I still have no idea how the bug pointing to World Abyss instead of Thundercap Mt. happened. I have no idea how to view and edit requests and even if I edited this one I still wouldn't be able to accept it since it is already baked into my save that I accepted it and I don't know how to change that.

I cannot do anything about it and also by doing manual edits you rigged your save...

Lanceraja Posted December 18 Posted December 18 Hello, i've been really enjoying this romhack so far! Here to report a bug. While i was cruising through the story i noticed a screenfreeze bug. I was going through the chasm cave and had a screen freeze. I reloaded and managed to replicate it, it seems that hitting a skarmory with breaking swipe causes the game to freeze.

Don't attack Skarmory with a stat lowering move, it's a known bug on Mirror Armor 1
garchle Posted Friday at 03:57 PM Posted Friday at 03:57 PM I found a weird thing. I don't know if it's a bug or if it'd intended behavior, so I thought I'd bring it up. I set my partner be Alolan Vulpix. I started the game with the difficulty on "difficult." Their abilities are Snow Cloak and Cute Charm. I was looking for a more casual experience, so I swapped the difficult to vanilla after a while, and their cute charm ability swapped to snow warning, but it only shows up in dungeons. Going back to "difficult" difficulty fixes it. I don't really want endless hail in my game, so unless there's a workaround or fix I missed while searching this thread I guess I"m stuck playing on difficult.

In Alpha some abilities are difficulty based, which includes Drought/Snow Warning on Vulpixes, Vanilla exclusive abilities. In 3.1, difficulty based abilities show up accordingly in Overworld
jmt0781 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Hi, Alpha. I've been having fun playing with different Starters when I noticed that some of the Abilities didn't really add up. For example, Chinchou is stated at the Pokemon Quiz selection screen that it has Volt Absorb, but in the game it's actually Water Absorb. I then went through each of the playable pokemon to see if there were any other Abilities that didn't match with the in-game Abilities, and I found 18 inconsistencies where the Abilities on the selection screen didn't match the in-game versions. I don't mean to alarm you, but I felt that it was important to inform you about this. Also, Finneon is also listed, but the two Abilities for it are simply switched as opposed to being mismatched.
