PKHeX new update legality errors (contribution page)

Hi! Just updated to 20240326 from 20240112. In the previous version, regional pokemon that evolved from non-regional variants were still valid, but in this latest version, they're now counted as invalid. Like for example, Rowlet to Hisuian Decidueye. Is this really how its supposed to be now? Didn't see anything about this in the changelogs.

This thread is for reporting issues with legitimate pokemon; hacked pokemon that did not travel to the requisite game are being correctly flagged as hacked.

Working as intended; if it does not follow the PIDIV restrictions for floating/entering then the PID can't be obtained. It's a recently added check.

Deoxys is not in Sword/Shield. Load a save file / change settings for another set of games (like BD/SP) where it is available in-game.

Yo cree un Noibat para mi parte de y, no le puse nada raro, solo que me sigue diciendo que el Pokémon no es de la sexta generación, pero literalmente es para xy, No le coloque ni buenos ivs, ni shiny, ni con movimientos que no aprende rapido, pero ese no es el problema, me marca que no existe.

Please re-read the first post. This is an English-speaking forum, and this thread is for only reporting false positives with Pokémon you've obtained legitimately, not those you've created.

Since you are new, it is more likely that you are not generating things correctly, and that PKHeX is not wrong with its assessment. Use the encounter database to get a starting point for an encounter.

Level: 40. Had all badges on Alpha Sapphire file at time of receipt.
All Changes: Haven't changed anything.

Unexpected Legality Issue: "Invalid: Event gift has been nicknamed."
I nicknamed the Glalie in the Demo before sending it to my Alpha Sapphire save. It should be completely legal since I just got it in and from the Special Demo yesterday.

You don't have a save file loaded. For blank save files OT/ID: PKHeX, 1234/123456 is expected.

You can either ignore that message or load your save file so the message won't show up.

You don't have a save file loaded. How can Fujian be the current handler and OT if the save file it resides in is not Fujian?

In other words, if it originated from trainer A and resides with trainer B, then the data must indicate its residence with trainer B, rather than with trainer A.

I don't have the means to upload my save file. Don't have one of the really old Switch models to do so. However, when I had the version before today, I always put in the information from my game save and it never gave that error.

The program improves over time; this mismatch is now being checked.

Usually, you can just set the pokemon to a slot real quick and it'll fix small mistakes like this for you automatically. Depending on how you're injecting something, like a trade bot, the bot will update the handler state automatically as well to match the trade bot's details.

Injected Old Sea Map into my Japanese Emerald file to shiny hunt the Mew. Caught at Faraway Island just as the regular event should go. Met at level 30. Boxed the shiny Mew as soon as I caught it, no changes were made to it.

So I just finished this shiny hunt and to my surprise, PKHeX seems to flag it as illegal due to incorrect PID+ correlation. I did all the encounters on original hardware and even put everything into RNG Reporter to see what's up and it seems to line up just fine.
