derrick Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 whats the best flashcards for japanese dsi's like how good it works how good is it with pokesavds and japanese roms?
Guardna Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 AceKard 2i, it's backward compatible with DS, DS lite and most commercial ROMs.
pokemonrulz Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 i'm going to get a dstti soon, but is the dstti a good flashcard?
Guest Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 If you want to play HG/SS, I believe M3i Zero would be the only one that can bypass the anti-piracy. That what Soldjermon said. There's another flashcart that can bypass the anti-piracy, wich is CycloDS, but I believe it's not compatible with the DSi (Unless they released a firmware update or something that makes it work.)
HottSushiz Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I don't think a firmware update would fix the Cyclo's compatibility with the DSi. I believe it's an hardware issue. The answer to your question is slightly complicated. Well what are you looking for in a Flash Cart? Cheap and does the job, well the Acekard 2i is perfect. Need something that will run on the DSi? i guess the Acekard or M3i Zero.
YuzuruHitokiri Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Acekard 2i because as well as its ease of use and backward compatability, the GUI looks nice and can be easily themed (DIY or download a premade one!)... That and good folder options coupled with nice, tiny features like ROM trimming and booting back up in your last visited folder make it really nice...
evandixon Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I recommend the M3i Zero because of its Moonshell2 baseed M3 Sakura, its Real Time Save, its new Real Time Guide, etc. Review: http://www.gamingbase.net/forum/index.php?/topic/34-m3i-zero-review/
Eon-Rider Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 I recommend the M3i Zero because of its Moonshell2 baseed M3 Sakura, its Real Time Save, its new Real Time Guide, etc.Review: http://www.gamingbase.net/forum/index.php?/topic/34-m3i-zero-review/ That's technically false. MoonShell 2 was based on the M3 Sakura firmware, not the other way around. But like pretty much everyone else has said, get an Acekard 2i.
xDarkAngelx Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 So are most other DSi flashcards, including the SuperCard ONEi and M3i Zero. I personally recommend M3i Zero as it has more features than Acekard 2i. SuperCard ONEi is pretty good too, but it's really slow.
Kaarosu Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 M3i Zero and Acekard2i have pretty much the same features. M3i Zero has some more extra features but the Ak2i has more compability with homebrew and great community support. The AKAIO firmware is just great imo if you want learn more about it check out this link: http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php?title=AKAIO
coolness Posted November 28, 2009 Posted November 28, 2009 I self have an Acekard 2i But i`m gonne buy DSTWO http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=192112

Guest Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 M3i0 is not really good. Get an R4i Gold, CycloDS iEvolution or SuperCard DSTwo. If you go with R4i Gold, make sure to get it from one of the stores listed here: http://shoptemp.net/products/R4i-Gold-1.4.1.html That's because those normally should sell those that are compatible with Wood R4.
aquaguy34 Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Imo, I would go with Acekard 2i since they're cheap and they work brilliantly...
Guest Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 But keep in mind the AceKard is known for it's connection problems with the DS' Slot-1. Paper Trick seems to usually work perfectly. (Though my friend never had any contact issues with his AK2.1)
Bond697 Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 the best one is still the supercard dstwo. it still has no competition just about a year later.
3DS-Gamer001 Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 I think r4i gold 3ds is the best flashcart for dsi or 3DS. Its wood kernel keeps updating. Its game compatibility is also great!
