No, static PIDs are anything but rare...still you're right about the gender being random on these at least. As for the entei, why's kadmoth trying to upload only a .pcd anyway - surely then it can't have been extracted from a trustworthy save file. I'd be cautious...

And has all 3 Johto Beasts, and with Celebi that also might be and probably is a GameStop distribution for Feburary 27th to March 7th 2011.
