SM USUM - Movie 10 Darkrai (Korea)

It appears that if players were to purchase tickets to the screening of M10 in Korea, you receive a Darkrai!
At this point, I'm not sure if any purchase qualifies or only pre-orders, nor whether is it Serial code or Infrared. (Needs to be translated)

but why they distribute 10th Movie Darkrai twice?

I think Darkrai will be provided in serial code

What's the point of Darkrai if it keeps the Dark Void nerf

That most people without a past copy of the old games, missed events, hence they didn't get Darkrai.
Not everyone is an avid event collector, nor able to "match" what people seek.

Don't get me wrong, Darkrai is my favorite pokemon, it's just this isn't anything new. I suppose not everyone has access to things they can trade for rai or PKgen/hex

Yeah! I'll rather they give out something new, or something shiny, or something with exclusive moves, then to pump out items or stuff we can catch ><
