Wizkid Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Hi, i trade this Suicune today..It look legit, but the Iv's makes me suspicious.. Cune.pkm
Sabresite Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Its hacked. Roaming dogs should say "Roaming GBA" when put through legal.
Wizkid Posted September 19, 2009 Author Posted September 19, 2009 Many thanks Sabresite ^^..just for my knowledge, "Roaming GBA" which Type number has? ---------- Post added at 06:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 06:45 AM ---------- Ah ok, maybe is Wild NDS or GBA?
Sabresite Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 It is Normal NDS/GBA or Wild NDS/GBA, but becuase the IVs are limited, when you put it through Legal.exe, it will say Roaming GBA.
Wizkid Posted September 19, 2009 Author Posted September 19, 2009 Ok thank you..But the Suicune that we can download from Project Pokemon is a Wild NDS or GBA, this because it was traded to Ruby from FireRed?I don't understand...
Eon-Rider Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 It is Normal NDS/GBA or Wild NDS/GBA, but becuase the IVs are limited, when you put it through Legal.exe, it will say Roaming GBA. Could you tell us what the limits of each of the IVs are?
Sabresite Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 The in-game Pokemon from our main site will be taken down because some are hacks.
Wizkid Posted September 28, 2009 Author Posted September 28, 2009 Another Cune, this was traded from HG to Platinum..As well the first dog, flawless IVs...RNG Abuse or Hacked pokemon? 1.pkm

Sabresite Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 No, it does NOT work in HG/SS - Mingot is working on a new one.
KazoWAR Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 No, it does NOT work in HG/SS - Mingot is working on a new one. It does work. How to RNG, Part 1: ClqPb2zTIDk How to RNG, Part 2: SdkwcXMq_04
Parma Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 This concept is new to me. Just... what exactly does RNG'ing do? Sounds useful..
Sukeny Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Then you can tell if a pkm is hack using the RNG reporter if Pokesav been created despite passing the LegitCheck as legal? And as is find the seed of Suicune in question? Entonces se puede saber si un pkm es hack por medio del RNG reporter si a sido creado con Pokesav a pesar de pasar por el Legitcheck como legal? Y como se encuentra la seed de ese suicune en cuestión?
Sabresite Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Legality Checker doesn't do RNG report verifications yet. I haven't had time to speak with mingot about getting it implimented properly. EDIT: According to the RNG reporter when I use it, I get a seed of: C8080A94 and it generates: Frame 5, PID 1097334330 on 10/07/2009, at time 00:00:08 Did I do something wrong?
kazumi213 Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Hacked. (...) Suicune's Capure Date. (20091007) The seed needed to RNG abuse that set is impossible to hit on that date. Sorry KazoWAR, I'm not sure whether I'm correctly using RNG Reporter (v7.10), but how about this?
OmegaDonut Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 kazumi is correct. It is possible to obtain Suicune on that seed, and many others as well. PokeRNG only displays seeds that match a certain constraint (like delay time) and it only displays one. Imagine the RNG as a giant circle. The flawless Suicune is at one point of the circle, the seed is your starting point. You can reach that Suicune from any starting point if you travel far enough, but since that circle consists of ~4.3 billion points, it's best to start nearby. I prefer RNG Reporter's Seed Finder with Open Search checked. It finds all the nearby seeds for any given spread, not just one.
kazumi213 Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Exactly my point. The date-PID relation exists, of course. But it can be used for legality checks only if OT claims for RNG abuse as method for getting the pokemon (not part of the data in PKM file). Then a "feasibility" estimation of this claim can be performed, which is usually based on ability to attain the required "Delay" according to RNG Reporter. For me this is inconclusive too. You could attain any required delay on emulator. Otherwise OT just needs to claim for a random capture. My previous post shows a completely feasible set of conditions for such a capture. Just remember that people can take as much time as they want before pressing A/Start button at titlescreen, and that yes, it can be "exactly" the required time for an incredible capture.
ZMaster Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Hacked.Suicune's Nature and IVs. PokeRNG spread report for BOLD nature, 30+ IVs in all stats. RNG Reporter's Seed to Time function. Suicune's Capure Date. The seed needed to RNG abuse that set is impossible to hit on that date. So... to truly make a legit Pokémon, you need to use what's generated in PokeRNG? Just generating a legit PID doesn't make it legit?
OmegaDonut Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 So... to truly make a legit Pokémon, you need to use what's generated in PokeRNG? Just generating a legit PID doesn't make it legit? No. As kazumi and I just explained in the last two posts, there is no way to determine legitimacy from the date and IVs alone. You can get virtually any set of IVs on any date. mingot (the RNG Reporter developer) will tell you the same thing.
ZMaster Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 No. As kazumi and I just explained in the last two posts, there is no way to determine legitimacy from the date and IVs alone. You can get virtually any set of IVs on any date. mingot (the RNG Reporter developer) will tell you the same thing. Oh, okay. Thank you. I didn't see the second page of posts. Lol.
