Source of the event pokemon: Serebii !!

To celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Center in Tohoku later this year, it has been confirmed that there will be a special distribution for the Pokémon Victini, one of the mascot Pokémon of the Pokémon Center. This Victini will be given at Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores across Japan from June 30th 2017 to September 3rd 2017. No further details on this Victini have been announced.

surely with V-Create move, but suspicious they don't give more information about this event, like Ho-Oh or Bewear.

Comes at Lv 15, Classic Ribbon.
V Create, Reversal, Assist Power, Celebrate.

It appears to be using the generic Pokemon Center Receiving Text (0x08)

I feel like a Shiny Victini would be appropriate for a day like Valentine's since it's white and kinda represents a dove especially with the V motif going on.

And I still personally prefer the Victini event w/ Bolt Strike that was in Gen V.
