Do you do them in paint? If you do, be sure to reduce the work area around them so that it is as close to the sprite as possible. I think that this might be your problem, but if it isn't, then I do not know much else .

You need to make sure that the background of the picture is transparent. If you used paint, I'm not sure how to do that, but it's really easy to do in something like Photoshop.

I used all kinds of programs , even Gimp , but when I paste them after the lasso thing it won't work , a black background appears

wraith89, some of the sprites (Such as Swampert) have incorrect outlining, like red Swampert Head fins with Blue outlining. Or is it supposed to be that way? From all the spriting I've done before, I don't think so.
